Jeffrey Moore is a surgical nurse at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, Colorado. A 1991 graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Jeff spent 24 years as an Air Force officer serving as a fighter pilot, instructor pilot, flight safety officer, crash investigator, and senior personnel program director. He has extensive training in quality assurance, occupational safety, personnel management, and compliance monitoring as well as a diverse educational background in aviation, history, and medicine.

In addition to his work with LearningRx, Jeff served as a member of the research team at the Gibson Institute of Cognitive Research from 2016 to 2018, and he has been a member of the Gibson Institute’s Scientific Advisory Board since 2019.
