Ethan grew a lot over the 6 months with the program at home and more so in school. Ethan started his 6th grade year at a 4th grade level and ended the year right at 6th grade level. This is a huge jump!

Very helpful for children with learning differences. My son has gained confidence with his math skills and is actually proud of his work he brings home from school. My son was struggling with his grades and overall understanding of what he was learning at school. We tried a few tutoring programs, but we knew immediately that just a rote learning wouldn’t make long lasting changes and it’s something we can do at home too. After the first assessment at LearningRx, we knew that was what we were looking for. Shortly after we started the program, we saw a big jump in his attitude towards learning. He was motivated, willing to try over and over again and much more acceptant of what he was lacking.
LearningRx was our saving grace. I searched high and low for services like this and finally found them. My son was struggling so bad in school and was so far behind his peers. He not only lacked the educational ability, but he lacked confidence. For the last year and a half, he went here and they built his confidence beyond what I could ever imagine. After suffering an acquired brain injury, I never thought I’d hear my son read. But thanks to the wonderful staff at LearningRx he is now reading and excited to learn.
After I attended LearningRx my work started taking me half the time! I would recommend LearningRx to anyone with a slow work pace… it’s fast and easy and really works!
I now have so much more focus in my day-to-day tasks and can make decisions 1 million times easier instead of spinning my wheels and not getting anything done. Great program! My son completed about 4 months of the program and made such a huge change! I wasn’t for sure until I saw the numbers go up! The program director Mrs Donesa was great and very accommodating! My son’s instructor was also great as well, they align the kids to who suits them best, which is great! I would highly recommend.
Since coming to LearningRx, our daughter has gained confidence and independence. While doing homework or practice worksheets, she used to fight to avoid the work and now eagerly sits down to work on things. Since LearningRx started with our daughter, we have gone from her being below national standards to now being on track. Carol, her LearningRx teacher has been amazing with our daughter – keeping her on-task and when our daughter is not focusing, she has immediately been able to redirect her and get her back on track.
I have seen improved confidence, attitude, attention, and academic ability in reading and math.
My son has gained much more confidence and focus while taking this course. He is more organized and willing to take on challenges knowing he can use the skills learned in Rx to work through any problem. He was not comfortable taking ADHD medicine prior to Rx and now we feel he may never need it!

I can’t say enough good things about LearningRx in Shoreview! My son has made incredible progress since starting their program. The trainers are not only highly skilled but also genuinely care about each child’s growth and success. As an adult, the program has benefited my career in so many ways. I can think more efficiently and connect information much more rapidly. Prior to LearningRx, I would have to spend hours researching details so that I felt capable in my job. We are just a month or so in to my boys training, and I have already seen significant improvement. We chose to do the home training a couple hours a week, which I wasn’t sure was going to be doable. Although some weeks are more of a challenge than others, we have been able to accomplish it every week so far. I prayed for weeks for the Lord to show me what I needed to do for my boys, and He led me to Learning RX in an overwhelming way.
LearningRx was instrumental in helping my son build skills to cope with ADHD. The trainer and the staff care about the child and that is extremely important for the success of any training program. LearningRx is truly a milestone in my son’s life, and we will come back for the coaching and mentoring programs as he progresses in his academic life.
The trainers are dedicated and really care about the kids. My son is more confident in his abilities. The trainers have helped him learn how to work hard even when the work is hard.
Our experience with LearningRx has been wonderful. Our adult son (24) suffers from executive disorder along with other things. I just finished training my brain with LearningRx and took my post assessment this week. Y’all, my scores went UP in every cognitive function category! I can concentrate all day on many different tasks and not get distracted or fatigued. I have always had to juggle many many things as an independent contractor and now I feel on top of all of them! I highly recommend looking into the benefits of cognitive training, especially if you’re starting to feel like your memory and focus is slipping. I can not recommend this program enough! Our daughter was really struggling and we were concerned that she may not move to the next grade in school. Not only has LearningRx given her the mental exercises to improve, but it has given her the tools that she can utilize in learning at home and at school that will allow her to be successful in her future. She has moved from a place of defeat and sometimes despair to one of being hopeful and having plans for her future. She has learned that she can do hard things.
My son is on the spectrum and doesn’t do well with classroom learning and the environment here has been great for him. If you have a struggling learner and/or reader, I HIGHLY recommend brain training. The more I have learned about tutoring vs brain training, the more I wish I had gotten him here sooner.
Itty is way more confident in her abilities as a student. She can finally read fluently and is able to decipher written language. She has said that school feels easier in general and makes more sense.
A year ago, my daughter was in tears almost every day regarding her math assignments. Now, although she still needs to work at math, there are no tears, and she has an increased level of confidence that she CAN do it.

Jacob began a journey of improving the areas that were holding him back from improving all areas of learning. He was working 10 times harder than all the other kids in school but not seeing much return. The improvement in his overall willingness to work on academics has been wonderful. I am a big fan! He has learned to keep trying, mistakes or wrong answers are okay. He no longer gets as frustrated or upset with wrong answers.
I’m definitely seeing improvements in my child’s overall confidence with school. Reading has improved tremendously as well as spelling and handwriting. Organizational skills are also much improved. Our trainer was absolutely amazing! 6th grade is off to a good start!!

I suffered a traumatic brain injury and due to this I was struggling in school, at home, with daily tasks, and socially. After completing the program, I’m remembering information in school and passing with flying colors. Seeing his growth this year in homeschool of what he can read and is willing to try (not overwhelmed by the amount of words on the page) has been wonderful. Incredible growth.
He plans ahead, he’s less reactive to adverse situations, less impulsive with decision making. He seems a lot more mature. And of course, he is reading voluntarily now!
My daughter was paired with the perfect coach for her personality, and she grew tremendously where her skills lacked. Amelia’s grades went from C’s, D’s and F’s to A’s and B’s! She’s more confident and doesn’t shy away from reading. Plus, she loves school again.
