My son was struggling with his grades and overall understanding of what he was learning at school. We tried a few tutoring programs, but we knew immediately that just a rote learning wouldn’t make long lasting changes and it’s something we can do at home too. After the first assessment at LearningRx, we knew that was what we were looking for. Shortly after we started the program, we saw a big jump in his attitude towards learning. He was motivated, willing to try over and over again and much more acceptant of what he was lacking.
I had a consultation with LearningRX to assess my memory and logical thinking. The system that LearningRX uses to assess and strengthen your weaknesses is very innovative and I felt like it gave me great insights on how I can improve.
I am a medical doctor and like to refer to LearningRx to get to the root causes of learning struggles. We have seen a lot of improvement in reading! Our daughter has met the benchmark so we decided to add extra hours to get her a little further. Our daughter pushed back a bit but her trainers were able to help her get over that phase.

Life-Changing Experience at LearningRx Richmond Hill. The brain training exercises used at LearningRx are nothing like traditional tutoring — they are engaging, innovative, and truly transformative. Over time, we noticed that our child became more attentive in school, more willing to do his homework, and, most importantly, more confident in his abilities. His academic skills improved, yes, but the boost in confidence and motivation was what really stood out. The progress he made through this program has been life-changing for our entire family.
We have noticed that homework is being done faster and even being started on his own. I’m definitely seeing improvements in my child’s overall confidence with school. Reading has improved tremendously as well as spelling and handwriting. Organizational skills are also much improved. Our trainer was absolutely amazing! 6th grade is off to a good start!!
My daughter has struggled with school since kindergarten. She ended up having ADHD and Dyslexia. I was and still am in awe, in 9 months my daughter has grown tremendously. I am so thankful for the experience that my son had at LearningRx. I was searching for something to improve my 9-year-old’s focus, attention, memory, reading comprehension skills and LearningRx is the solution. After a rigorous 1:1 mental training program for ten months straight of 2x a week, we have witnessed our son’s significant improvement not only in school and classroom behaviors but also in daily life that he becomes more organized.
The vast improvements we saw in our student showed the effectiveness of the training with LearningRx. Jared’s time management, confidence, and how he prioritizes responsibilities are like night and day. His family, his teachers and he himself feel he made huge strides and showed great improvements.
From the moment I contacted Maureen to the last day, communication was clear, prompt, and professional. Our concerns about Omar were addressed, and a clear plan of action was given to us. A huge bonus was that Omar actually looked forward to going to see his teacher Tully and later Katie. The staff here is AMAZING. They are professional, experts in their field, & care about their students. Our child has greatly disliked reading & struggles meeting school standards. After starting LearningRx she has begun reading a chapter book for her free time & has fallen in love with reading! This is a huge win for her! I just completed 12 weeks of training at LearningRx and could not be happier with the experience. Over the course of the program, I noticed steady and meaningful improvements: faster speed on exercises, greater confidence with mental math (especially addition and multiplication under time pressure), and better focus even with auditory distractions. I also became more consistent at sustaining attention, switching tasks quickly, and tolerating interruptions without losing momentum.
Before coming to LearningRx, I was on medication for ADD and was having a difficult time concentrating and staying focused on tasks. Just a couple weeks after starting my training, I stopped taking my medication and saw improvements in my daily activities. I am able now to focus on finishing a task once its started. I can remember things much better now as well such as things I need to do or grocery lists. The most significant improvement I have seen is in my attention.
Our daughter saw improvements in her reading skills and grew in her confidence of being a reader. She seems to enjoy reading more and asks to read extra pages when it’s time to turn off the lights at bedtime. Her memory skills were strengthened, too.

Desmond has been known in school for his high intelligence and ability to catch on to concepts and even help his peers understand. Yet, even from a young age he was sometimes labeled as “defiant” or “lazy” because he would forget to put away a chair, or turn in his homework, or even remember to write down he had homework. Ryleigh is more confident in reading. She has a better understanding of word meanings and can work at a much quicker speed. She is able to transition between tasks much quicker.
A year ago, my daughter was in tears almost every day regarding her math assignments. Now, although she still needs to work at math, there are no tears, and she has an increased level of confidence that she CAN do it.
This program made a huge difference in my son’s cognitive skills! In pre-assessment, he scored well below average in 7 out of 9 skills. By the end of the program, he scored average to well above average in 7 of the 10 skills, while still showing huge growth in the two lower scoring skills. I highly recommend this program if your child struggles at all in any area!
