Our daughter started the ReadRx program in November, mid-pandemic. At the halfway point she was reading at grade level, and reading magazines and chapter books – for fun! Her reading continued to improve…and by the time she finished, we saw huge improvements in her processing speed and ability to recall information. The program is hard work, but worth every bit of effort!
Our son can focus more, and his writing in school has greatly improved from when he started. Now he writes stories with complex ideas, and it blows me away.
We came in looking for additional help, especially in reading, for our son who is so bright but was struggling with his schoolwork. The assessment affirmed what we thought as far as some cognitive skills which needed strengthening. I homeschool so I’ve been able to give him tons of one-on-one tutoring, but the improvement has been so slow. We are so excited about his progress and believe we have found just the right tool to make the bridges in his mind and give him the help he needs. Very thankful to have found this place!
My daughter was struggling to read anything beyond basic CVC words at 8 years old. After diagnosing her specific issues, the folks at Learning Rx delivered their reading program to my daughter. My son used to not be able to multitask. Now he can listen to music while working and listen to our conversation in the next room all at the same time. My son used to not be able to remember a two-step direction. Now he can be doing a task and be interrupted and come back to that task, not only remembering exactly what he was doing but also his mood is stable and not frustrated.

Baird and the LearningRx team have been very personable, knowledgeable, and professional as we learned more about their program. We are a homeschool family and hope the training here can strengthen our upper elementary child’s cognitive skills. My son went into the program with poor study habits, limited memory recall, and zero confidence. During, and at the end, of the program his study skills, confidence, and grades have dramatically improved. I highly recommend the program!
After just a few weeks of training, my daughter has begun to change her attitude. She used to refuse to do things she did not like. Now, she tries her best to do things she does not enjoy and continues to pursue the things she loves. I am really happy to see this progress.

Everyone has worked so super great with our son and made sure he had everything he needed to work with. Our son has fine motor skills problems and before going to LearningRx you could not read his writing. After his trainer Ms. Diana worked with him on his writing skills and hand muscles; we could not believe how well his writing improved.
Our daughter started high school with little to no academic confidence. Day 1 she felt defeated, lost and unhappy. My husband and I made the right decision when we signed her up for LearningRx! We quickly figured out what was lacking in her learning environment; and we transferred her to a new school. She diligently worked 3 sessions a week with her LearningRx coach all while making time to catch up on new curriculum. To our amazement, her auditory processing accelerated; she picked up a new book to read on her own and often shared with us about her day!
It’s an excellent way for kids and adults to exercise their brain by using puzzles, timing, and logic! It has really helped me!

I am so thankful for the experience that my son had at LearningRx. I was searching for something to improve my 9-year-old’s focus, attention, memory, reading comprehension skills and LearningRx is the solution. After a rigorous 1:1 mental training program for ten months straight of 2x a week, we have witnessed our son’s significant improvement not only in school and classroom behaviors but also in daily life that he becomes more organized.

Life-Changing Experience at LearningRx Richmond Hill. The brain training exercises used at LearningRx are nothing like traditional tutoring — they are engaging, innovative, and truly transformative. LearningRx has been incredible for our son. He was struggling in math, memorizing information for tests, and struggling to pay attention in class. He was getting distracted really easily by other students and noises in the classroom and it hindered his ability to stay on task. My son’s confidence has skyrocketed, but more importantly than that it has elevated his level of grit.
My brain is doing so much better (after 3 major strokes) doing this program online 3 sessions/week. It’s challenging, but my trainer is terrific.
His trainer was fantastic and they were very flexible with scheduling. He can do math so much faster and easier. He listens and follows directions better and is able to stay on task with fewer reminders.
