Our son struggled in school and started to disconnect because it became frustrating. After working with LearningRx everything changed, he talked about school in a positive way, grades came around. Now since 9th grade he has been on the honor roll every semester and is better organized. Reading lessons are done so much more quickly now. She has a much better attitude doing them because she doesn’t struggle as much. She also picks up her own books and tries to read them on her own.

My child went from being nonverbal to being a little girl who is communicating AND reading! Naomi was a little girl who would cry instead of telling me what was wrong. She had been learning her alphabet but could not recognize a single letter in the alphabet. After training, Naomi now has conversations with others, and she is excelling in school. My daughter was diagnosed with ADD…Fortunately, I did not wait too long after this diagnosis to bring her to Rx. Her struggles consisted of: difficulty reading, spelling, processing information as well as the inability to retain it (short term and long term memory.) What used to be 20 min. Intervals of school work at a time has become day-long endurance…Not only is her reading off the charts, but her comprehension was a benefit that I didn’t expect. My 24 year old daughter has Down Syndrome…Before Learning RX my daughter had tried many ways to learn to read, and she would always get stuck on blending words. LearningRx has been a transformative experience for my son. We chose it because we wanted to strengthen his cognitive skills, not just his academic performance. From the very first session, I noticed his confidence growing. When we brought our six year old son to Learning Rx he was in special ed for reading and math. He was spending more time in the principle’s office than in his classroom. He is now in regular class for both reading and math. He has not gone to the principle’s office this school year. When asked why he liked Learning Rx he stated that it helped his brain think like all the other kids. We highly recommend this program. The cost and the time spent is well worth the return.
The confidence he has gained, even during the difficult parts. Everybody is always so positive and uplifting. He is better at sticking to the difficult parts and can himself see his own improvements. Logan has improved almost 2 full grade levels in reading. He has more stamina for reading. He is retaining math information better, and knows he is now ‘really good’ at math.
This program has changed the course of the way this child will learn for a lifetime. This is not a band aid program. It doesn’t just cover underlying problems with your learning capabilities. This is a lifelong tool to success. My daughter (8 yo) has ADHD and auditory processing working against her, and we saw the impact that it was having on her ability to focus, memorize, read and spell. Fast forward in time, 100 hours of LearningRx completed, (signing on for 40 more because we can’t get enough) and my child is reading at her grade level, she is excited about school, she is passing tests, her focus is better, her memory is better! I will always consider this the best gift I could give my daughter.
Overall it was a great experience and I have no complaints. It was well worth the drive and time spent to help our daughter. Her trainer, Kim, was fantastic and everyone was always helpful and nice. Our daughter showed great improvements and we are so thankful!
My son has gained much more confidence and focus while taking this course. He is more organized and willing to take on challenges knowing he can use the skills learned in Rx to work through any problem. He was not comfortable taking ADHD medicine prior to Rx and now we feel he may never need it!
The speed at which Colt was able to improve his reading, to the point of not needing much help from us was remarkable.

A year ago, my daughter was in tears almost every day regarding her math assignments. Now, although she still needs to work at math, there are no tears, and she has an increased level of confidence that she CAN do it.
I suffered a traumatic brain injury and due to this I was struggling in school, at home, with daily tasks, and socially. After completing the program, I’m remembering information in school and passing with flying colors. Everyone has worked so super great with our son and made sure he had everything he needed to work with. Our son has fine motor skills problems and before going to LearningRx you could not read his writing. After his trainer Ms. Diana worked with him on his writing skills and hand muscles; we could not believe how well his writing improved.
We have noticed that homework is being done faster and even being started on his own. He has less negative talk and less time lost through behavioral issues at school as a result of not understanding the material. He has confidence for the first time in his life and truly believes he can do things that are hard and trusts himself.
My daughter completed the program and had a significant improvement and her confidence when through the roof.

This program made a huge difference in my son’s cognitive skills! In pre-assessment, he scored well below average in 7 out of 9 skills. By the end of the program, he scored average to well above average in 7 of the 10 skills, while still showing huge growth in the two lower scoring skills.
