This is one of the best places in Colorado Springs that supports children and families. My experience was great working with Mr. Bryan and Ms. Marylyn. Our daughter got the attention and skills she needed to become successful in school. Our daughter is doing better in school and all her teachers noticed how the difference in her academic performance after attending LearningRx. She’s very young and we are glad we got the training she needed at an early age.
My daughter made an incredible amount of growth in her skills while at LearningRx, but even more than that, her confidence is soaring. When we used to go to the library, Piper would come home empty handed. Yesterday she brought home a book with over 300 pages–her confidence is that high. The improvements my son experienced were undeniable and I think their program is very well done. My son was really struggling with auditory processing issues and he was spiraling at home and school. LearningRx not only identified what his issues were, but they explained them in such a way that took the fear out of the unknown.
I just completed 12 weeks of training at LearningRx and could not be happier with the experience. Over the course of the program, I noticed steady and meaningful improvements: faster speed on exercises, greater confidence with mental math (especially addition and multiplication under time pressure), and better focus even with auditory distractions. I also became more consistent at sustaining attention, switching tasks quickly, and tolerating interruptions without losing momentum.

Ashley was absolutely wonderful for my son Jack. She was so patient with him and seemed to know exactly how to encourage him in the moment. I saw my son go from someone who spiraled in his thoughts to be able to think clearly and analyze them in a gentle way. I suffered a traumatic brain injury and due to this I was struggling in school, at home, with daily tasks, and socially. After completing the program, I’m remembering information in school and passing with flying colors. Noah appears to have more patience at home. Prior to classes at LearningRx I felt there were constant “battles” to get homework done, chores at home, and day-to-day requests. If Noah becomes overwhelmed, he is able to communicate that to me in a more positive way.
After completing a 20-week program, we’ve seen great improvements in her abilities at school. She is better able to stay focused and deal with distractions, something that had previously been a challenge. LearningRx is an incredible learning facility! When I first enrolled my niece, she struggled with reading and comprehension. It was incredibly hard to keep her focused. We feared that she may have to repeat 2nd grade but after the patience and guidance of her trainer, Mr. Phil, she ended the school year with Honor Roll and a ticket to 3rd grade! Donesa and her staff are amazing.
Now I can finally read and sound out words! I can now read because of Mrs. Donesa and the LearningRx program! Before LearningRx, I thought I was just dumb! Some kids made fun of me because I could not read our sound out words. I did not like myself very much. Now I do! I can now participate in classes at school and church and not be embarrassed or afraid to read out loud or give answers like the other students. I am finally making decent grades! Now my mom cries when I read to her because I can read!
My son was struggling with his grades and overall understanding of what he was learning at school. We tried a few tutoring programs, but we knew immediately that just a rote learning wouldn’t make long lasting changes and it’s something we can do at home too. After the first assessment at LearningRx, we knew that was what we were looking for. Shortly after we started the program, we saw a big jump in his attitude towards learning. He was motivated, willing to try over and over again and much more acceptant of what he was lacking.
Math was always a struggle for her and in the last month, she’s been completing her assignments on her own without asking for help at all (she used to ask for help at least a few times every assignment) and she’s been getting 90+% on every one! Her attitude toward school in general has improved tremendously. She no longer drags her feet when it’s time to work; has a smile on her face instead!

LearningRx was such a blessing for our family and especially for our little boy. He originally went for an updated evaluation for school and then after meeting with the owner Michelle, we learned about their Lift Off program.
