I recommend this program for parents who has a child with ADHD. This program helped my daughter to block out distractions, to really use her brain of figuring things out, and she completes her homework faster without being reminded to do her homework. The program is also great for adults.

The biggest change we saw in him was his ability to listen, focus and pay attention. He is now able to keep himself on task and focused on what he is doing while also listening to those around him. He has been able to listen and not need for it to be repeated, while also retaining what he heard to apply or question it later.

My daughter trained here for almost a year. It was the best decision and commitment we could have made! She emerged an entirely new student and adolescence. Life-Changing Experience at LearningRx Richmond Hill. The brain training exercises used at LearningRx are nothing like traditional tutoring — they are engaging, innovative, and truly transformative. Over time, we noticed that our child became more attentive in school, more willing to do his homework, and, most importantly, more confident in his abilities. His academic skills improved, yes, but the boost in confidence and motivation was what really stood out. The progress he made through this program has been life-changing for our entire family.
My daughter is more confident and independent. She interrupts less and engages in conversation more seamlessly with people. She sits much more still in her chair, rather than fidgeting or always bringing her knees up to the table. She has improved time management skills and can follow through with several tasks at a time.
For us it’s not about improving his grade so much as his toolbox to be independent and in control of his studies and being inspired to do his best. Christen is such a wonderful guide for him – funny, motivating and kind. She has figured out his personality and designs the program to suit him. My son has dyslexia and was really struggling to read. He not only reads now but reads well and is devouring books! Our son has increased his attention for a longer period of time in the classroom and is a more active participant during classroom discussions. Our son shows more willingness to read at home. He enjoyed coming to the session, working with his trainer and feeling comfortable in the learning environment. The directors and trainer were supportive of his learning.
We enrolled in LearningRx because we wanted him to have all the tools to be successful in life. We noticed differences and results in many ways throughout the program. His PSAT score jumped 100 points with 90 of the points being in the reading/comprehension section and he achieved Academic Dean’s List. More importantly, he noticed the difference. School became easier, he elaborates more whereas before answers to questions were brief, he is more confident, and as added bonus, it has helped him in basketball and baseball.

LearningRx provided the missing link we would not have been able to get anywhere else, at least to my knowledge. I was a high school English teacher for 13 years, and I know exactly where he would have ended up without LearningRx. It’s impossible to say the impact this program has had on him, but we saw him improve in pretty much all aspects of his life including academics, athletics, and socially.
This program has been very beneficial for my daughter and the main reason for that is her trainer Mo. Mo has been able to connect with and be encouraging and supportive in a way that has been amazing. The focus of this program is on building strengths and facilitating progress – Mo really has been making a difference and we really appreciate her and this program!
The skills Ayden gained have been life altering. She always went above and beyond. Felt that we were in the loop at all times. Communication was great. Ayden connected with her.
For two or three years I knew something wasn’t right. The school kept telling me that he was at grade level and that it was okay. But it wasn’t okay, because he would avoid reading. We came [to LearningRx] in September and thy confirmed he had an auditory processing problem. It feels like the pressure is off my shoulders.
Our son made amazing gains over the course of his time at LearningRx. In comparison to medication and other things we have tried, we have seen the most significant change from the LearningRx program. His memory has improved. He used to not be able to remember anything that occurred in his classes at school and now he can remember most of the key points and has even begun taking a few notes.
We really appreciate the tools and techniques LearningRx provided for Montel to continue to identify, analyze, process information presented before him. The hesitation and unsureness are replaced with confidence and self-assurance in his abilities working a problem.
