We initially tried a going to a learning/tutoring type center. But when the administer expressed doubts about my child’s ability to comprehend tasks directions and to work independently, I began searching for a program that would aid comprehension. This led to my internet search and in me finding LearningRx. It was a blessing and miracle, very early on, to see my child perform multi-step commands without additional prompts by me. Now, we have seen a true love of writing after practice with the Learning Rx trainer.
My daughter has been doing brain training with Learning Rx for maybe a month and a half now, and to begin with, the assessment alone is a game-changer and gave us clarity regarding some issues we were having with my daughter’s homeschool performance. I have already seen improvement in her reading and comprehension and in her willingness to put forth effort in new tasks. We can’t wait to see what all our amazing girl is capable of at the end of the program.
Now I can finally read and sound out words! I can now read because of Mrs. Donesa and the LearningRx program! Before LearningRx, I thought I was just dumb! Some kids made fun of me because I could not read our sound out words. I did not like myself very much. Now I do! I can now participate in classes at school and church and not be embarrassed or afraid to read out loud or give answers like the other students. I am finally making decent grades! Now my mom cries when I read to her because I can read!
LearningRx has be amazing! We started this because I wanted my son to feel more confident about himself and his schoolwork especially math and not only is he doing better at math and all subjects he is more confident than he has ever been. To see him come home and say “Mom I love math now, it’s easier and I can do it. I am so proud of myself” It just blows me away. It actually brings tears to my eyes, because as a mom you want the best for your child and Lori and Mrs. Regina and the whole LearningRx has been a blessing to my son and our entire family!! EVERYONE SHOULD TRY THEM OUT!!
My child went from being nonverbal to being a little girl who is communicating AND reading! Naomi was a little girl who would cry instead of telling me what was wrong. She had been learning her alphabet but could not recognize a single letter in the alphabet. After training, Naomi now has conversations with others, and she is excelling in school. We love LearningRx!
This experience has been beyond my expectations. The relationship my son had with his brain trainer and how she gave space for him to be himself was the best part for me. I loved the lived experience of watching him become a stronger version of himself!

Since starting LearningRx, my children have gained confidence within themselves as well as their schoolwork. Their grades have improved, and schoolwork (homework) is not dreadful task like before. My children have also become more responsible. Not only at school, but at home as well,
As homeschoolers, we were stuck in several areas of her studies and couldn’t figure out what was missing. I highly recommend Learning Rx. My daughter has just completed the program and has made significant gains across the board. The biggest part is that this homebody has now become a social butterfly. My great grandson was having so much difficulty in school with his reading and they had helped him so much before with all his skills, I knew this would be the way to go.

He now has confidence to raise his hand to answer questions out loud in class & reads out loud when asked to at school & church. He is making good grades & is very proud of himself as we are all proud of him! He no longer hates school & is looking forward to being in Junior High. He will begin the LearningRx reading comprehension program this summer to help boost him even farther!
LearningRx has made a HUGE difference in my son’s ability to read and write, as well as his math and attention-based skills in general. He and I had already worked very hard for years using Logic of English, and made progress, but it wasn’t enough to keep him at grade level. He’s gone from a 4th-grade level to an 8th-grade level in 9 months… Additionally, he’s been doing his work with his trainer, so he’s been able to make good use of his extra time at home.

I decided to come to LearningRx because of my dyslexia and memory problems and how they were affecting my school work. As I worked through the LearningRx program I noticed significant gains in my memory and how fast I work through things. I noticed that I can read a lot faster and that I remember to turn in my homework or information for tests. LearningRx helped me improve my school work and I feel a lot more confident with everything I do. LearningRx has made all the difference in the world.
The staff took a true interest in our son and developing a strategy to help him grow and succeed in life and his education.

Our son was struggling in school from the time he started Kindergarten. By 3rd grade our son was so frustrated and in tears over homework that I started to seek more answers…Then I found Learning RX. When we started this program he was on a Kindergarten to first-grade level at the age of eight. After ten months of training you can see the growth and confidence that he now has when completing his work and reading. He has increased his scores by 2 to 3 grade levels. This program has been huge for our son and I would recommend it to any parent that has a child struggling in school.

Learning RX has been such an amazing experience for my 7 year old son who most likely has dyslexia. We are so happy with the results and are amazed at how reading is now so much easier for him than it was before. He can now effortlessly blend 3 letter words together whereas before he started training there he could hardly blend 2 letter words and hated reading. Now it’s coming much easier and his confidence is high and reading is much more enjoyable!

The improvements in my child’s reading skills and confidence that she has gained, a result of the LearningRx training. My child has gained so much confidence in her reading skills. She is no longer scared to pronounce words or make a mistake. She jumps right into each assignment without hesitating.
This program has really helped him believe in himself when it comes to trying something new or doing something he’s scared to do, or that’s just plain hard. His brain can quickly process the situation and engage in what needs to get done. He doesn’t get as frustrated when doing schoolwork. He’s always had issues with fine motor skills like doing buttons. Brain training has helped with that too, and now he’s able to do his own buttons on his clothes. Everyone could benefit from these services and this program.

My daughter was struggling to read anything beyond basic CVC words at 8 years old. After diagnosing her specific issues, the folks at Learning Rx delivered their reading program to my daughter. In 8 months of lessons, my daughter demonstrated TWO YEARS of growth. I cannot recommend Michelle’s team highly enough. My daughter just recently finished the program at LearningRX with Courtney and it was well worth the investment. We had struggled for years with what to do as our daughter had challenges with reading and overall confidence in the classroom. Very quickly after starting the program, we noticed an increase in her confidence and then by the end of the 6 months we had seen not only improvement in her confidence, but she was reading more fluently and comprehending what she was reading.
He has struggled with reading and writing since preschool and only continued to fall further behind even with an IEP/school support plan. Fantastic staff and program. Really helped my child on her ability to do schoolwork. This year she has been spending about half as much time on assignments and her memorization is largely improved.
