Our Son really enjoyed his time at LearningRx! Completing this program has given our son confidence and skills for his future and as his parents given us some relief in knowing he is headed in the right direction.
Following a hospital stay for long Covid, I became aware that LearningRx was offering a program to help clients that had experienced this disease. The program was creative, and I actually enjoyed the cognitive challenge of each session as I advanced thru the skills . Following this program I feel that I am now much more productive than I use to be and it’s easier to adjust to changes in routines.
LearningRx has a positive and fun environment that makes learning fun for my 8-year-old who needs help with reading. All the staff are friendly and care about each individual child. In just a few short months I have seen a more positive attitude and more self confidence in my son.
It has helped two of my children be more successful in life and school. My daughter is more confident and is able to focus better without medication.

When [my daughter] started the program, she presented with low self-esteem, anxiety, difficulty in maintaining focus and an aversion towards reading. LearningRx has done SO much to help my child. They worked with him on his level and made accommodations when needed to help him be successful in their program. If it wasn’t for them, he would have fallen behind more in school than he already was. All the staff is very welcoming and made my child and myself feel welcome. We plan on continuing with them for additional programs to help our child become more successful with his education!
Last year, Kayla had a tough time concentrating, being organized, and completing tasks set for her. She was struggling in school and had low self-esteem. We knew she needed more help than we could give her. We received the flyer for LearningRx in the mail, attended the seminar, and have never looked back. LearningRx addressed all of Kayla’s needs and after the program was over we have our smart and self-confident daughter back again!
This program has really helped him believe in himself when it comes to trying something new or doing something he’s scared to do, or that’s just plain hard. His brain can quickly process the situation and engage in what needs to get done. He doesn’t get as frustrated when doing schoolwork. He’s always had issues with fine motor skills like doing buttons. Brain training has helped with that too, and now he’s able to do his own buttons on his clothes. Everyone could benefit from these services and this program.
Homework was a nightly battle—three hours of stress, tears, and very little progress. Then we found LearningRx. We went in for the evaluation, and for the first time, we saw a new approach—one that focused on how the brain learns, not just what to learn. That summer, Rosa started the program. At first, it wasn’t easy getting her there, but the team made it fun and engaging. Pretty soon, she was the one reminding me it was time to go. She finished the program, got her picture on the wall, and something just clicked.
This experience has been beyond my expectations. The relationship my son had with his brain trainer and how she gave space for him to be himself was the best part for me. I loved the lived experience of watching him become a stronger version of himself!

I highly recommend the Atlanta Buckhead location of LearningRX! My child went through the cognitive training LearningRX program this year. LearningRX gives a pre- and post-test in a number of different areas and, relative to the pre-test, my child’s post-test showed tremendous, quantified improvement in almost every category that was part of the program! My child’s tutor, Christen, was amazing – smart, assertive with giving the right amount of push, adaptive, highly communicative, encouraging and dedicated!
Overall it was a great experience and I have no complaints. It was well worth the drive and time spent to help our daughter. Her trainer, Kim, was fantastic and everyone was always helpful and nice. Our daughter showed great improvements and we are so thankful!
The skills that my daughter developed while working with Francesca are invaluable. My daughter’s improved reading skills alone are life changing; they will affect nearly every class she attends, and will probably affect her career choice. Her improved attention and listening abilities have reduced her frustration with school subjects, and thus make her more compliant. She doesn’t panic when she can’t immediately decode a word or grasp a concept. She has learned that there are strategies to make these challenges manageable.
Shannon and Sofia did a spectacular job of encouraging and training a kid who has already significantly struggled in school and was very reluctant to engage in learning to open up out of her shell. They did an amazing job! To be fair, this is not an inexpensive tutoring service, but there is the potential for great improvement for kids who may have struggled with other academic support programs.
My daughter’s experience with Learning Rx has been a journey in gaining confidence, focus, study and comprehension skills. The trainers she worked with were fantastic at keeping her engaged – it was such positive experience for her! She worked with Kyle over the summer and even though she was working hard, he made it fun and kept her happy to be spending some of her vacation developing long-lasting skills. Learning Rx has made such a difference in her self-esteem and school performance!
Michael’s confidence has increased and that is priceless. He is more content because he knows he can handle whatever is thrown his way. Michael’s self-esteem and confidence has grown, and this was so important to me. His attitude has changed from giving up before he has even started to sitting down and tackling the task!

Irene’s support and leadership has been crucial in the progress and success of clients. She has been very responsive of and receptive to parents’ feedback and suggestions and strives to include them in the planning of goals and objectives for purpose of trainings!
We have been extremely happy with LearningRx. After just three months of brain training we see great improvements in his willingness and ability to read, follow oral instructions, and not be as resistant to doing hard things. The best part is when he tells me that HE feels a difference in his own brain. This is a win in my book! It’s a huge commitment to do home training, but, the support from LearningRx is always there. Our son is 12 years old and has dyslexia. He has a awful time concentrating and reading. This program is just what he needed. Seeing him work through that and seeing this awesome brain training helping him through his learning difficulties is a answered prayer. He loves going and is finally excited about learning!
It was amazing how this brain training positively affected every aspect of my 8-year old’s life, from comprehending what he read to learning and speaking to building confidence in himself and working through the meltdowns rather than shutting down. Homework time, discipline time, and times of losing are also a lot easier with new understanding. All of which will make his life lessons, now and in the future, easier to adapt to and learn from!
Working with Dr. Jackson and the staff at LearningRx has helped me understand where my 13-year-old son has struggles. His pretest showed that his auditory processing was around 6 years of age. The post test showed a significant 10-year gain which has resulted in less frustration when given tasks to complete. His visual, logic-reasoning and processing speed increased. We have been able to reduce his ADHD medication and have seen improved focus. His reading skills have improved as well.
LearningRx has not only been a game changer in our daughters schoolwork and grades it has also helped her be self-confident. She does not procrastinate on her work and her grades have improved tremendously. She ended her last semester of school with a 3.9 GPA.

From our first conversations with LearningRx staff, the assessment process, starting our training schedule to now where we have established a routine, we have felt well informed and cared for by the staff. This program has been very beneficial for my daughter and the main reason for that is her trainer Mo. Mo has been able to connect with and be encouraging and supportive in a way that has been amazing. I am a 56-year-old retired Executive who was diagnosed 2 years ago with aphasia and a rare dementia. I was determined to fight my diseases. I researched for someone to help me exercise my progressing dying communication part of my brain, not to make it better, but to slow down my regression. I have worked with the Director’s and the amazing trainer for a year now, following the LearningRx program and the Booster Program. After the year of pushing my brain, I now have other strategies now and the future, i.e. memory.
Our son struggled in school and started to disconnect because it became frustrating. After working with LearningRx everything changed, he talked about school in a positive way, grades came around. Now since 9th grade he has been on the honor roll every semester and is better organized. It’s all about understanding how your child learns and fixing the problems so they can reach their full potential.
