My daughter made an incredible amount of growth in her skills while at LearningRx, but even more than that, her confidence is soaring. When we used to go to the library, Piper would come home empty handed. Yesterday she brought home a book with over 300 pages–her confidence is that high. Overall it was a great experience and I have no complaints. It was well worth the drive and time spent to help our daughter. Her trainer, Kim, was fantastic and everyone was always helpful and nice. Our daughter showed great improvements and we are so thankful!
This program has really helped him believe in himself when it comes to trying something new or doing something he’s scared to do, or that’s just plain hard. His brain can quickly process the situation and engage in what needs to get done. He doesn’t get as frustrated when doing schoolwork. He’s always had issues with fine motor skills like doing buttons. Brain training has helped with that too, and now he’s able to do his own buttons on his clothes. Everyone could benefit from these services and this program.
My daughter had a very positive experience at LearningRx. She loved working one on one with her trainers and enjoyed each session. She has made great strides in reading, math, writing and in her overall confidence as a student.
The staff was the best. They were always helpful, caring and engaging. We have seen sustained focus during homework and better memory to assist with multi step math problems.
It was not a one size fits all program. The tested progress along the way, made necessary adjustment to ensure progress was happening. The director was always available if we needed anything, answered all our questions and make sure we were comfortable before we started, during the training and following graduation.
The big thing for us is responsiveness and taking the time to clearly respond. The director was always accessible, and as accommodating as needed. When we needed to make changes, she also took action. I think there were some unforeseen staffing challenges the director has to respond to, and I thought Vincent didn’t really lose too much of a connection when the changes were made.
Amazing! The people here actually care, are extremely knowledgeable and have helped my daughter gain the confidence and tools she needs to soar!
We saw a lot of improvement in Parker’s reading comprehension skills and improvements in memory and auditory processing.
We have been able to reduce his ADHD medication and have seen improved focus. His reading skills have improved as well.
Our brain trainer with LearningRx Texarkana was amazing and we had the best results with increased scores in all areas of her education.
From our first conversations with LearningRx staff, the assessment process, starting our training schedule to now where we have established a routine, we have felt well informed and cared for by the staff. We receive frequent progress check ins and can observe training sessions anytime we like. The LearningRx staff do a great job with the range of diverse learners and seem to find ways to keep them all engaged. This place is such a gem! North Louisiana is blessed to have such a top notch facility to help children and families overcome any and all learning challenges. My trainer, Telisa, was exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful to have had such a motivating yet challenging individual to coach me through this extremely difficult program. We saw improvements in math, logic and reasoning, spelling, comprehension and processing speed. Rikki attends a school with a rigorous curriculum, and she is putting more effort into her work now that things have improved.
This program looks at all aspects of brain work, really focusing on the root functioning, so the improvement will apply to all endeavors. Rich was extremely gifted at explaining the tests and program in a way we could understand.
I’m definitely seeing improvements in my child’s overall confidence with school. Reading has improved tremendously as well as spelling and handwriting. Organizational skills are also much improved. Our trainer was absolutely amazing! 6th grade is off to a good start!!
This program made a huge difference in my son’s cognitive skills! In pre-assessment, he scored well below average in 7 out of 9 skills. By the end of the program, he scored average to well above average in 7 of the 10 skills, while still showing huge growth in the two lower scoring skills. I highly recommend this program if your child struggles at all in any area!
My daughter trained here for almost a year. It was the best decision and commitment we could have made! She emerged an entirely new student and adolescence. She has problem solving skills and the confidence to apply them now. She has the work ethic to keep going when things get tough. Honestly I just can’t say enough great things about what this program did for my daughter!
Our son’s trainer worked really hard to improve his reading and processing skills. Although his behavior was challenging at times, his trainer persevered. We are grateful for all of the one-on-one attention.

LearningRx has made such a difference in the lives of my children. My oldest daughter wanted to give high school a try (she is homeschooled). She was a bit nervous because she thought that she might not be able to keep pace with the other students due to her dyslexia. LearningRx gave her the confidence to try. LearningRX has been a blessing to my son. JR had a sports related concussion in March of 2019. He was in the 8th grade and had forgotten simple things in life. I didn’t know how he would finish out his 8th grade year…I came across LearningRX and after the first week or two he could tell that his memory getting better. My son has gained confidence, his memory, and the stamina to work for longer periods of time. JR finished his 8th grade year with straight A’s and was accepted in to the Information and Technology program at high school. A huge thank you to LearnRX and Mr Richard!!!
LearningRx is the only effective tutoring method, and both my kids have made huge improvements. I have noticed a big change in my son’s reading; he is on an IEP and wasn’t making much progress, even though the district is taking credit and saying he is making progress with his current IEP, he lacked intervention from the district. I still believed that without outside support, he would not make any improvement.
Mike’s presentation and workshop were captivating with his energy and stories of success. The LearningRx program would be a great fit for anyone, regardless of whether it’s “needed” or not – sharper thinking would be welcomed by any and all I think!
They have been easy to work with and have been accommodating with schedule changes. The issues being addressed concerning our son are showing signs of improvement.
From day 1 to the last day training, Trenton’s ability to comprehend and retain any material that’s presented to him has greatly improved and has translated into better grades on his report card. My son is doing so much better in school, he can focus on what needs to be done. Homework and projects would take HOURS for him to finish. Not anymore. He’s able to use time at school more effectively, which helps reduce the amount of homework he has. His focus, verbal comprehension, and auditory processing have improved so much and that was my main expectation of LearningRx.
