Our son has made a lot of positive progress during his time at LearningRx. His reading has improved, confidence is much higher, and school has become less of a struggle. Before LearningRx he needed a lot of direction from his teacher at school and a lot of tears and feeling left behind by his peers. The staff is amazing and care so much for students and their success.
The instructor was Austin. He was very good-sincere, really connected with our son, diligent to keep challenging our son to go further. Overall a good experience.
Ethan grew a lot over the 6 months with the program at home and more so in school. Ethan started his 6th grade year at a 4th grade level and ended the year right at 6th grade level. This is a huge jump!
This program looks at all aspects of brain work, really focusing on the root functioning, so the improvement will apply to all endeavors. Rich was extremely gifted at explaining the tests and program in a way we could understand.
LearningRx has made a HUGE difference in my son’s ability to read and write, as well as his math and attention-based skills in general. He and I had already worked very hard for years using Logic of English, and made progress, but it wasn’t enough to keep him at grade level. He’s gone from a 4th-grade level to an 8th-grade level in 9 months… Additionally, he’s been doing his work with his trainer, so he’s been able to make good use of his extra time at home.
We saw a lot of improvement in Parker’s reading comprehension skills and improvements in memory and auditory processing.
Audrina has grown so much over the 6 months she had training! We are so grateful for everyone at LearningRx Fort Collins for helping our daughter achieve her goals for school. She is able to comprehend her new material, have a shining confidence, motivation to keep learning, better attitude. She is able to perform at a higher reading level then when she started.
When you see the changes in your child from the beginning to the end, it is very rewarding. Our son was very reluctant at the beginning of training but started to show joy in sharing the activities he was working on. We have seen our son be able to sit for longer periods of time when completing tasks. His attention span has lengthened which has improved his work at school.
My daughter is a senior in high school and has struggled in school all her life. She has had tutors on and off for over 10 years. Her biggest struggles were with her processing both visual and auditory, memorizing math facts and problem solving to name a few. They were very understanding and flexible with her training sessions because she is a very busy student. They met three days a week online for about six months and now after those six months, she has improved in every area and is doing better in school and has much more confidence in herself. She now has a good foundation to be successful in life.

Our son made some incredible improvements in the areas he was lacking before brain training. He looked forward to going and made noticeable jumps in reading and became more confident in other school subjects. Our child has improved his reading level in school and has been more willing to try hard things. We have been quite impressed with the changes we’ve seen in him.
Caleb worked really well with our son. He was very encouraging throughout all aspects of the training. He made our son feel like he can achieve anything and that it is ok to make a mistake. He was patient and kind and also helped during those difficult days at school.

The confidence he has gained, even during the difficult parts. Everybody is always so positive and uplifting. He is better at sticking to the difficult parts and can himself see his own improvements. Logan has improved almost 2 full grade levels in reading. He has more stamina for reading. He is retaining math information better, and knows he is now ‘really good’ at math.
LearningRx has been instrumental in Caiden’s progress this school year. Now I can finally read and sound out words! I can now read because of Mrs. Donesa and the LearningRx program! Before LearningRx, I thought I was just dumb! Some kids made fun of me because I could not read our sound out words. I did not like myself very much. Now I do! I can now participate in classes at school and church and not be embarrassed or afraid to read out loud or give answers like the other students. I am finally making decent grades! Now my mom cries when I read to her because I can read!

Her visual processing and auditory processing had improved beyond her years resulting in her working memory, visual memory, logic-reasoning, processing speed, and attentiveness improving; which allowed school to become enjoyable and no longer so challenging. Her organization skills have improved as well as her grades. If your child is struggling, please give it a try. It may be life-changing for your child and your family.
During and after training we have seen a lot of great improvements in my son. There was a big leap in maturity and ability to think reasonably and logically about situations and problems. His task endurance has gone up significantly. Reading ability has improved. Overall his grades at school are really good. His ability to participate in group work has greatly improved. We’ve had an incredible experience with LearningRx in Peoria! My nephew has made huge progress, and one of the most noticeable changes has been how much less time he now spends on homework. My son was struggling with his grades and overall understanding of what he was learning at school. We tried a few tutoring programs, but we knew immediately that just a rote learning wouldn’t make long lasting changes and it’s something we can do at home too. After the first assessment at LearningRx, we knew that was what we were looking for. Shortly after we started the program, we saw a big jump in his attitude towards learning. The trainers really care about the students, and they push each student to reach the next goal. The training is very motivating, and it has helped my kids in levels of reading, motivation and confidence.
We had our 11th grade son go to LearningRx because he was struggling with reading comprehension and listening comprehension. We were a bit worried that it would be too elementary as the other programs we looked into were. We were pleasantly surprised by the result and highly recommend it to anyone! Our son was able to make gains in all areas as well as gain much needed confidence to tackle any future challenge that comes his way!
I can’t put into words how absolutely grateful I am for Kathi and Doug sincerely. I sustained several injuries including a closed-head injury when a nail gun fell off of a roof and hit me directly on the head…I started with an initial 18-week program and could see the impact. So much so I extended the contract – I am currently over a year now as a client and I couldn’t have asked for a better brain trainer. I highly recommend for anyone recovering from injuries similar to mine.

My son is on the spectrum and doesn’t do well with classroom learning and the environment here has been great for him. If you have a struggling learner and/or reader, I HIGHLY recommend brain training. The more I have learned about tutoring vs brain training, the more I wish I had gotten him here sooner.

Homework was a nightly battle—three hours of stress, tears, and very little progress. Then we found LearningRx. We went in for the evaluation, and for the first time, we saw a new approach—one that focused on how the brain learns, not just what to learn. That summer, Rosa started the program. At first, it wasn’t easy getting her there, but the team made it fun and engaging. Pretty soon, she was the one reminding me it was time to go. She finished the program, got her picture on the wall, and something just clicked.
