I have done Learning RX brain training programs for two of my children. First, my son, who we still continue to see the benefits from. Even though his program was completed more than 3 years ago! Second, my daughter did the lift off program when she was 6 years old. Since I still had my sons’ program materials, we decided I would train my daughter at home. My daughter is making huge improvements! I am once again convinced that I made the right decision investing in this program for my kids.

Shannon and Sofia did a spectacular job of encouraging and training a kid who has already significantly struggled in school and was very reluctant to engage in learning to open up out of her shell. They did an amazing job! To be fair, this is not an inexpensive tutoring service, but there is the potential for great improvement for kids who may have struggled with other academic support programs.
We stumbled upon LearningRx, thinking it was worth a shot— after graduating under a year later, we can confidently say it helped our child make better connections and improved her working memory. The staff and director are like family to us; they nurtured and encouraged our daughter more than just academically; they absolutely instilled confidence and kept her motivated throughout her training. Highly, highly recommend for kids and adults with memory problems, ADHD, problems with executive function and disorganization, or just needing a boost in productivity and efficiency.
Everyone has worked so super great with our son and made sure he had everything he needed to work with. Our son has fine motor skills problems and before going to LearningRx you could not read his writing. After his trainer Ms. Diana worked with him on his writing skills and hand muscles; we could not believe how well his writing improved.
Ms. Loftus and her entire team were absolutely wonderful to work with! After training with them, my son is now thriving at school, able to focus better, and his confidence levels have skyrocketed!

LearningRx is an incredible learning facility! When I first enrolled my niece, she struggled with reading and comprehension. It was incredibly hard to keep her focused. LearningRx is the only effective tutoring method, and both my kids have made huge improvements. I have noticed a big change in my son’s reading; he is on an IEP and wasn’t making much progress, even though the district is taking credit and saying he is making progress with his current IEP, he lacked intervention from the district. I still believed that without outside support, he would not make any improvement.
Since completing my program, I have seen great improvement in my memory, comprehension, and processing speed. LearningRx made my completion of high school and transition to college a lot smoother. When Katrina first came to LearningRx, we had a frustrated, almost angry daughter who was having a difficult time at school and receiving poor grades. When I first came to LearningRx I was not sure they could help me. I had not learned how to focus and I had real problems with math—all kinds. Then I began to see results of the training as did others around me. The most drastic results were noticed by my math tutor. She could not believe the focus and memory that I now had.

When my son first started his cognitive training at LearningRx in February 2024, his speech and conversation reciprocity was very limited. Memory recall was an extreme challenge for him and his ability to reason and think things through were difficult tasks. Olivia, his trainer, is simply amazing! She was able to build a wonderful rapport with my son which is not easy given his challenges due to Autism. He has had many different therapists over the past 10 years, and no one has been able to reach him and teach him like Olivia has done.
The profound growth we saw in our son. Listening abilities and ability to verbalize thoughts and feelings are now happening, whereas before LearningRx it was a tantrum. His self-esteem and confidence have drastically improved.

I went through the program as an adult looking to improve my reading and cognitive skills, and the test results proved that it worked. The out-of-pocket cost can be a bit daunting, but if it’s feasible, it provides many hours of one-on-one training to enhance your brain skills.
Reading level has gone up. I have also noticed a huge improvement in Holden’s vocabulary. He still takes a while to process things but his ability to process thoughts has significantly improved.

What stood out the most for me in the program was the staff’s commitment and dedication to student success. I have never seen him so excited to do something related to academics, mostly because his confidence had been broken by test scores that did not reflect his effort. Now, he has the confidence to know he can achieve the results he desires.
He plans ahead, he’s less reactive to adverse situations, less impulsive with decision making. He seems a lot more mature. And of course, he is reading voluntarily now!
I highly recommend this program for any child facing academic challenges. The staff was highly professional and accommodating, working around our schedule to provide the most convenient time slots. Their genuine concern and dedication to student success were evident throughout. They truly care about their students’ progress and well-being.
My son was reluctant to sign up, but became more engaged once he started making progress. Further along in Learning RX, he became a self starter with his school work and could stay on task for longer periods of time with his improved focus, and ability to tackle more difficult material.
