I was very pleased with the service I received from LearningRX. My child was substantially delayed when we entered the program. After 150+ lessons my daughter was able to correct her deficiencies and more importantly the skills she learned will help her in the future. In addition, I must mention professionalism of the entire team through frequent check-in meetings/follow-ups about the progress child is making as well as inquiring about anything additional they can do.
LearningRx has made a HUGE difference in my son’s ability to read and write, as well as his math and attention-based skills in general. He and I had already worked very hard for years using Logic of English, and made progress, but it wasn’t enough to keep him at grade level. He’s gone from a 4th-grade level to an 8th-grade level in 9 months… Additionally, he’s been doing his work with his trainer, so he’s been able to make good use of his extra time at home.
Our child was recently able to join a normal level class for reading and writing. His reading, writing, and comprehension grew exponentially during his time in the program.
My son was reluctant to sign up, but became more engaged once he started making progress. Further along in Learning RX, he became a self starter with his school work and could stay on task for longer periods of time with his improved focus, and ability to tackle more difficult material.
It felt like everyone working there really cared and wanted to see me grow!
My daughter made an incredible amount of growth in her skills while at LearningRx, but even more than that, her confidence is soaring. When we used to go to the library, Piper would come home empty handed. Yesterday she brought home a book with over 300 pages–her confidence is that high. I started LearningRx knowing what it can do having been a past trainee and was specific about developing my short term and long-term memory and ability to process information faster. I used to struggle with groups of information and now I can process it and make it work for me!
My daughter has more fluency and confidence now when she reads, but most of all, she is reading! She totes several books in her bookbag to and from school to read during down-time at school and at home. Reading is no longer seen as a chore and there is no longer the same struggle we had before starting this program.
His trainer was fantastic and they were very flexible with scheduling. He can do math so much faster and easier. He listens and follows directions better and is able to stay on task with fewer reminders.

LearningRx has been incredible for our son. He was struggling in math, memorizing information for tests, and struggling to pay attention in class. He was getting distracted really easily by other students and noises in the classroom and it hindered his ability to stay on task. We saw significant improvement in our daughter’s reading ability and fluency and know that it was from the work she did during her sessions at LearningRx. Our daughter started LearningRx being unable to read. She could sound out CVC words but was unable to blend the sounds together to say the word. She is now able to sound out many words, blend them together, and even read words without having to sound them out. She is able to read short stories. She used to dislike going to school as she would get frustrated with being unable to do the work. She now enjoys school and has a great attitude about going.
The profound growth we saw in our son. Listening abilities and ability to verbalize thoughts and feelings are now happening, whereas before LearningRx it was a tantrum. His self-esteem and confidence have drastically improved.
My daughter, Eden, has improved in almost every area possible. Her reading, and willingness to try to sound out things is amazing.
All of my children have completed programs with LearningRx and have done well. Victoria has worked on increasing her memory and speed when taking tests. She is successful in school.
The confidence he has gained, even during the difficult parts. Everybody is always so positive and uplifting. He is better at sticking to the difficult parts and can himself see his own improvements. Logan has improved almost 2 full grade levels in reading. He has more stamina for reading. He is retaining math information better, and knows he is now ‘really good’ at math.
Our son and us were fortunate to have found LearningRx to help him with so many important aspects of his everyday life. He eagerly attended 107 brain training sessions that he gave his best effort, energy and determination to get the most out of every minute he was there. Our son has seen so many improvements, I can’t list them all here, but I’ll highlight a few of the most important ones – many around improvements to his safety. His ability to focus, concentrate and speed processing could not be more different than when he started.

Michael’s self-esteem and confidence has grown, and this was so important to me. His attitude has changed from giving up before he has even started to sitting down and tackling the task!
The program was an excellent experience for Kai. He made a lot of progress in spite of his resistance at times. We are seeing his improvements in his schoolwork, less Cs and more As and Bs. His piano teacher can see the changes in his focus and progress with learning his material.
Kai would not be as far along without this program. They worked hard to meet him where he was and knew when to push him to achieve better results.

My daughter and son in-law needed to find a way to get their daughter some help with reading. They spoke with a few friends that had children that attended LearningRx with great success. After the evaluation she started and immediately embraced the learning process. I feel very fortunate to be able to bring her to the classes when I can. I am very impressed with her progress in such a short time. Her goal is to be able to read a chapter book like her siblings mine is just to see her read without out her being embarrassed.
Hearing the news that your daughter has dyslexia is quite frightening. As a parent all you see is your bright, beautiful, and perfect little girl. Your first thought is fear, but then you want to help. Reaching out to LearningRx was the best academic decision we could have ever made for her. They have the sweetest staff, and we were blessed with the best trainer. She has truly transformed my daughter to a reader. Her confidence level when reading has tripled. Through all of the whining and complaining, they pushed through.
LearningRx gave me confidence and essential processing skills I needed for the future. I saw that when I worked at it, I could pass any level given to me, even if it seemed difficult at first. At school I began to finish tests more quickly and some homework assignments that I had were done faster than I thought they would take. Now that I have trained at LearningRx, I truly feel happier because of the amazing strides I have made from going though the program.
Definitely would recommend. My son was having a hard time focusing and would daydream a lot. His attitude and confidence started to tank after his grades weren’t matching his siblings. Not too long after we started LearningRx, his attitude started to improve, and he is happier than ever. He is confident and is doing so much better in his schoolwork. He started soccer again and this season he is participating, engaged in the game and scored his first goal this weekend.
On the recommendation of a friend, we turned to LearningRx Richmond Hill. Khai and Jeri conducted a thorough assessment and designed a personalized training plan tailored to my daughter’s needs. A special thanks to trainer Prudence, whose expertise and enthusiasm made learning an enjoyable experience for her. The one-on-one training was highly targeted, and we saw noticeable improvements in a short period of time. After more than a year of training, she has now caught up with her peers—exceeding our expectations!

I was one overwhelmed parent after being told my daughter was suspected as having dyslexia by her school, which followed up with “we won’t be able to get her where she needs to be in reading”, essentially. I had seen the LearningRx sign before, so that was my first call. I had a lot of questions! The front desk (Jordan) was so very helpful at giving me as much information as she could before meeting us. We have now finished our brain training plan and are so happy with the results!
