The program trainers worked hard to challenge Deacon in such a way to have optimal growth in reading and comprehension. The center and brain training activities were engaging and kept Deacon in a place of wanting to continue with things that are very hard for him. He was cared for and he could tell he was liked and being championed each time he had a session. Deacon now has more confidence in reading.

Jacob began a journey of improving the areas that were holding him back from improving all areas of learning. He was working 10 times harder than all the other kids in school but not seeing much return. Now, I see him working hard, able to stay focused, and see the right response from the work he puts in… which has increased his ability to want to learn.
Extremely great program! I would definitely recommend. I had two of my sons go through it and they improved academically and socially.

Our son has improved his reading, writing and math over the course of the last 6 months with brain training. Before we started working with LearningRx our son was very resistant to working on improving in these areas because he lacked the confidence in his skills. LearningRx really helped my daughter. I am glad we did it. She absolutely loved her trainer and the staff.
My child was struggling so much with reading in school and at home. She had one-on-one help through the school for a full school year but was still significantly below grade level. Her frustration began to build with tests taking almost 3x longer for her to complete when compared to her peers. She started to dislike going to school because it was too difficult. She has grown tremendously with LearningRx. She is volunteering to read at school and has improved in her skills in many ways.
The performance of the directors was incredibly supportive and very family oriented. Working with both of them to support our child was a privilege and honour. We have noticed that our child is more confident, has an easier time with approaching challenges and is less anxious. Being apart of the LearningRx family has helped her cognitive, social and logical aptitudes.

Bonnie literally went from barely reading, total meltdown when she was asked to read to now reading above grade level and picking up books for fun even. Training has also improved her attention and focus more than we thought possible. We have even been able to taper off her ADHD meds. Total transformation!
Now I can finally read and sound out words! I can now read because of Mrs. Donesa and the LearningRx program! Before LearningRx, I thought I was just dumb! Some kids made fun of me because I could not read our sound out words. I did not like myself very much. Now I do! I can now participate in classes at school and church and not be embarrassed or afraid to read out loud or give answers like the other students. I am finally making decent grades! Now my mom cries when I read to her because I can read!
Her visual processing and auditory processing had improved beyond her years resulting in her working memory, visual memory, logic-reasoning, processing speed, and attentiveness improving; which allowed school to become enjoyable and no longer so challenging. We saw measurable results that would benefit others. He connected with Xander and did a great job of motivating and guiding him through the program. Even when Xander had tough times and struggled, he worked with him to keep going.
Homework was a nightly battle—three hours of stress, tears, and very little progress. Then we found LearningRx. We went in for the evaluation, and for the first time, we saw a new approach—one that focused on how the brain learns, not just what to learn. That summer, Rosa started the program. At first, it wasn’t easy getting her there, but the team made it fun and engaging. Pretty soon, she was the one reminding me it was time to go. She finished the program, got her picture on the wall, and something just clicked.
Desmond has been known in school for his high intelligence and ability to catch on to concepts and even help his peers understand. Yet, even from a young age he was sometimes labeled as “defiant” or “lazy” because he would forget to put away a chair, or turn in his homework, or even remember to write down he had homework. LearningRx has been an answer to prayer. Desmond has had improvement in memory, articulation, processing, being able to hurry, being less overwhelmed. Before we started the program, my son was struggling to read. I had run out of resources to help him and he was feeling so poorly about himself and doubted his ability. He not only reads fluently but understands his reading skills and his confidence has improved greatly!
Reading lessons are done so much more quickly now. She has a much better attitude doing them because she doesn’t struggle as much. She also picks up her own books and tries to read them on her own.
My daughter was in a heart-wrenching fog of child development when we sought LearningRx for support. With their ability to forge a nurturing and highly positive relationship with my daughter, LearningRx truly planted the seed of ‘learning to learn’, and that learning is both ‘important’ AND ‘fun’. He has a better attention span, seems more organized and is able to be more flexible and less rigid. His speech is also more fluent and he is able to complete his work faster than before training.

We saw significant improvement in our daughter’s reading ability and fluency and know that it was from the work she did during her sessions at LearningRx. Our daughter started LearningRx being unable to read. She could sound out CVC words but was unable to blend the sounds together to say the word. She is now able to sound out many words, blend them together, and even read words without having to sound them out. She is able to read short stories. She used to dislike going to school as she would get frustrated with being unable to do the work. She now enjoys school and has a great attitude about going.
The trainers were excellent and helped Lucas improve so much in processing speed and logic. LearningRx has helped our son so much in improving his processing speed, focus and memory.

My son has many learning delays and is partially deaf, and how Ashley has worked with him to get him to process information over the past 6 months is truly an answer to all of our years of trying to help him. Marlyn was great with all the scheduling of extra meetings or general questions I had whenever I called.
LearningRx has helped push my 2 very genius girls to the next level by helping us understand how to continue to develop our already advanced children. We know that as parents we have to keep these gifted and talented kids involved otherwise they will become bored. Lisa and the trainers here never gave up on my son even though he was difficult to work with. He is now doing much better in school when he puts forth effort. He is willing to try new things. My son is making better grades; he is doing well at school when he chooses to do his assignments. He is trying new things and doesn’t shut down as easily.
Our son was barely reading in 4th grade and now he is reading confidently and enjoying it. He volunteers to read regularly and there has been a huge change in his attitude as well because he is confident in his reading! If you are on the fence just do it! It’s a lot but so worth it!
LearningRx provided my child with a different way of learning and understanding.
When my son first started his cognitive training at LearningRx in February 2024, his speech and conversation reciprocity was very limited. Memory recall was an extreme challenge for him and his ability to reason and think things through were difficult tasks. Olivia, his trainer, is simply amazing! She was able to build a wonderful rapport with my son which is not easy given his challenges due to Autism. He has had many different therapists over the past 10 years, and no one has been able to reach him and teach him like Olivia has done.
I have seen my daughter grow in her ability to learn and her confidence bloom. This program is worth every penny and time spent. I would recommend this program to any parent that has a child. LOVE THIS PLACE!

I can’t put into words how absolutely grateful I am for Kathi and Doug sincerely. I sustained several injuries including a closed-head injury when a nail gun fell off of a roof and hit me directly on the head…I started with an initial 18-week program and could see the impact. So much so I extended the contract – I am currently over a year now as a client and I couldn’t have asked for a better brain trainer. I highly recommend for anyone recovering from injuries similar to mine.
