When we brought our six year old son to Learning Rx he was in special ed for reading and math. He was spending more time in the principle’s office than in his classroom. My son is doing so much better in school, he can focus on what needs to be done. Homework and projects would take HOURS for him to finish. Not anymore. He’s able to use time at school more effectively, which helps reduce the amount of homework he has. His focus, verbal comprehension, and auditory processing have improved so much and that was my main expectation of LearningRx.
I am so thankful for the experience that my son had at LearningRx. I was searching for something to improve my 9-year-old’s focus, attention, memory, reading comprehension skills and LearningRx is the solution. After a rigorous 1:1 mental training program for ten months straight of 2x a week, we have witnessed our son’s significant improvement not only in school and classroom behaviors but also in daily life that he becomes more organized.

Zach used to say all of his friends were much smarter than him and he does not say that anymore. He seems much more confident in his ability to tackle his academic schedule.
My son had a TBI (due to an AVM) at the age of 19. We were told about LearningRx and that they were very successful with TBI patients. We attended for 8 months. It was not an easy journey for him, but with his trainer, Will, Dargan and the staff at LearningRX he might not have possibly accomplished what he has done in the past 10 years. Since then he has graduated with an Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, assistant coach/head coach of his middle school since 2014. Happily married, two beautiful boys, and just passed his physical trainer test.
My 15-year old was struggling with getting school work done and for the first time lacked confidence that he could do it. Middle school had been effortless but remote high school was proving to be a problem. Specifically he was having problems reading and retaining the story and meaning of the Odyssey. The journey through LearningRX not only worked on his learning skills but also on the mindset that my son can push through the hard work and do things he did not think he could. The confidence he got from the program is priceless.
I cannot say enough positive things about the impact that LearningRx has had on my children. We saw measurable improvements over the course of the training in not only his reading and comprehension but also in his confidence at school and with peers. So when my second child began displaying similar struggles, he completed the program and made huge progress as well. What was truly amazing was taking the 1 year post graduation test to see how both children continued to make huge gains in working memory, retention, auditory and visual processing, and more! Last year, Kayla had a tough time concentrating, being organized, and completing tasks set for her. She was struggling in school and had low self-esteem. We knew she needed more help than we could give her. We received the flyer for LearningRx in the mail, attended the seminar, and have never looked back. LearningRx addressed all of Kayla’s needs and after the program was over we have our smart and self-confident daughter back again!

Following a hospital stay for long Covid, I became aware that LearningRx was offering a program to help clients that had experienced this disease. The program was creative, and I actually enjoyed the cognitive challenge of each session as I advanced thru the skills . Following this program I feel that I am now much more productive than I use to be and it’s easier to adjust to changes in routines.
I completed a 6 month course of brain training with LearningRX…I found Dargan through the Stroke Comback club after his presentation there and I was hooked. I suffered a second stroke…and had to stop working as a Registered Nurse…Because of the stroke, I suffered memory and concentration issues and even lost reading and writing ability. LearningRX gave me the confidence to live on my own independently.
I have seen my daughter grow in her ability to learn and her confidence bloom. This program is worth every penny and time spent. I would recommend this program to any parent that has a child. LOVE THIS PLACE!
Life-changing for my son and my family. He can verbalize his thoughts and understand what we are saying. Logan understands concepts at school and works hard to complete tasks.
I was one overwhelmed parent after being told my daughter was suspected as having dyslexia by her school, which followed up with “we won’t be able to get her where she needs to be in reading”, essentially. I had seen the LearningRx sign before, so that was my first call. I had a lot of questions! The front desk (Jordan) was so very helpful at giving me as much information as she could before meeting us. We have now finished our brain training plan and are so happy with the results!
The trainers are dedicated and really care about the kids. My son is more confident in his abilities. The trainers have helped him learn how to work hard even when the work is hard.

My son started at LearningRx struggling with letter recognition and letter sounds. After just 30 sessions, he is reading and testing above average for his age and grade. The trainers genuinely care, and Gina really helped us understand where our son was struggling, and where improvement was needed. Seeing our son build his confidence and now thriving academically has been such a blessing. 100% recommend LearningRx.
After he completed the program the first year, his reading significantly improved along with his word attack. He loves to read and this really helped his confidence. I would highly recommend this program for anyone struggling with reading comprehension and math skills, especially if you tried traditional tutoring. This is not a tutoring program, it is building a foundation on how to process skills in order to perform well in all areas of life including school. He was getting distracted really easily by other students and noises in the classroom and it hindered his ability to stay on task. I was nervous about the thought of him beginning to drive with how easily distracted he can get but after this program I have seen a huge difference in him. If your child is struggling to pay attention in a distracting school environment, feeling like they’re stupid, or not enjoying school because they’re having trouble completing tasks then this program is for them. Give yourself or your child this gift it’s worth it. I highly recommend this program!
We couldn’t thank the team at LearningRx enough! My oldest has ADHD and he was facing some pretty serious learning struggles. LearningRx has helped my son overcome some of these struggles. Dargan went into an in-depth dive into my son’s brain and how his brain works. I was in tears (good tears) when I saw his results. We finally had answers, and a new doorway opened up for us. Brain training at LearningRx was an excellent choice!

LearningRx has made a HUGE difference in my son’s ability to read and write, as well as his math and attention-based skills in general. He and I had already worked very hard for years using Logic of English, and made progress, but it wasn’t enough to keep him at grade level. He’s gone from a 4th-grade level to an 8th-grade level in 9 months… Additionally, he’s been doing his work with his trainer, so he’s been able to make good use of his extra time at home.
My son’s memory has improved significantly in just a few months. He can recall things he did three years ago. His processing speed is much faster, and he is doing math more easily and quickly.

After covid my son found himself 2 1/2 years behind in reading. With ADHD and Dyslexia and so much time missed in the classroom he needed more help then the school could offer. After 9 months we have seen tremendous progress. It is a big commitment both financially and time but it was worth it.
Audrina has grown so much over the 6 months she had training! We are so grateful for everyone at LearningRx Fort Collins for helping our daughter achieve her goals for school. She is able to comprehend her new material, have a shining confidence, motivation to keep learning, better attitude. She is able to perform at a higher reading level then when she started.
My college age daughter completed LearningRx this year. Olivia her brain trainer was absolutely amazing! We were so pleased with her progress and wished we would have known about this earlier in her life!
The instructing was amazing! I am able to remember number sequences better. I feel more confident about making decisions and communicating to people.
The big thing for us is responsiveness and taking the time to clearly respond. The director was always accessible, and as accommodating as needed. When we needed to make changes, she also took action. I think there were some unforeseen staffing challenges the director has to respond to, and I thought Vincent didn’t really lose too much of a connection when the changes were made.
This program has been incredible for both our daughters. Both have completed the program, and both have excelled in school and college entrance exams as a result of the efficacy of the program and the incredible skill of our trainer Tara as part of the program. As a Clinical Psychologist, I have seen many programs throughout the years to improve grades, learning methods, etc. I have never seen a program that generates such clear and demonstrated results as in this program. Thank you for creating such a fantastic program for our children and all children who take this course of study!
Mike’s presentation and workshop were captivating with his energy and stories of success. The LearningRx program would be a great fit for anyone, regardless of whether it’s “needed” or not – sharper thinking would be welcomed by any and all I think!
Schools do not provide supports like these to help kids who struggle with conventional learning. Always trying to find ways to make things possible and the excellent communication.
