Customer Satisfaction

Clients rate our programs 9.5 out of 10.

One of our very intentional goals as a company is to “WOW” our customers.

And we do!

We measure the satisfaction of our clients using a well-known rating scale, The Satisfaction Rating, which asks, “On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being highest), how likely are you to recommend LearningRx to a friend or colleague?” When asked that question, clients who went through our programs gave us, on average, a 9.5 out of 10.

In addition, every year, we receive hundreds of testimonies from clients who are thrilled with the life changing results they’ve experienced though LearningRx. The stories shared by our clients and their families speak highly of the value of our programs. Here’s what they’re saying:

LearningRx Reviews:

“LearningRx has given my daughter a whole new outlook. Her whole self-image has changed because she has learned strategies to help her with things she found too challenging in the past. She finally can say from her heart, ‘I can do it.’ LearningRx has been a priceless experience for my daughter. I can’t recommend it highly enough.” Randale and Rhonda, parents of Camellia, age 12

“For years my family and I have been praying that we would receive a miracle that would change our son’s life. Five years later, we received our miracle when we were introduced to LearningRx. Thank you, LearningRx. This has been the greatest milestone of our lives. We love all of you so much! It just shows that when you have an army of caring people to help, and the right tools, anything is possible!” A mother of a 14-year-old boy

“Thank you so much for helping us find the bright, smart, funny little boy that we all knew was there.” A., mother of an 11-year-old boy

“I now see a bright future in store for McKall. Her confidence is up, she calls herself smart, she understands directions, etc. What McKall has been able to accomplish while at LearningRx is truly amazing and, in my eyes, an answer to years of prayer. We are truly grateful for the program.” Angie, mother of McKall, age 16
