Learning Rx is more than we hoped for! My son has many learning delays and is partially deaf, and how Ashley has worked with him to get him to process information over the past 6 months is truly an answer to all of our years of trying to help him. When [my daughter] started the program, she presented with low self-esteem, anxiety, difficulty in maintaining focus and an aversion towards reading. I am happy to report that in 7 short months, [she] has turned all of this around. Aselin was having a very tough time in school, specifically with math. We went from constant tears over homework that she did not understand, low grades and not wanting to go to school. To now enjoying going to school, completing homework on her own and getting great grades.
Our daughter started the ReadRx program in November, mid-pandemic. At the halfway point she was reading at grade level, and reading magazines and chapter books – for fun! Her reading continued to improve…and by the time she finished, we saw huge improvements in her processing speed and ability to recall information. The program is hard work, but worth every bit of effort!
Our brain trainer with LearningRx Texarkana was amazing and we had the best results with increased scores in all areas of her education.
The reason why I could succeed was that I was on ADHD medication, but the medication made me extremely depressed and enraged all of the time. When I stopped taking it, I was filled with great joy because of my newfound freedom. But something was still wrong. Without the medication, I forgot the first part of the sentence by the end of the second part of the sentence. My imagination never turned off, and despite going to school an hour early and tutoring for an hour after school, I barely passed with Cs. Then I enrolled in LearningRx. Within three months, I was on fire. I could concentrate, handle awkward social situations, find motivation, put my creative ideas in paper. I attacked school with newfound strength. Last year I was the slowest kid in the class, but this year I am one of the fastest and smartest.
LearningRx has been such a game changer for our 9-year-old. We are so thankful for them!
I have been few places more encouraging, welcoming, or accepting than our local LearningRX. Far more important than growth in his cognitive abilities — and there was a lot of growth! — we valued the constant emphasis of success being tied to cheerful effort. Our daughter has ADHD and on meds that were helpful but she kept running into the same roadblocks academically: poor organization, not completing tasks, avoiding work…So I searched for help and found Learning RX. The training was slow going but improved steadily and I was noticing an improvement in her grades and her confidence. One year later she only made 1 C and is setting goals for her grades. She has far surpassed our expectations with training and we feel it is directly due to the training at Learning RX.

The director is very down to earth and reasonable. He cares about the students and is always ready to listen to the concerns of the parents. He is someone I can trust with my child. I recommend this program very highly for any child or young adult who may be struggling in any area.
Very helpful for children with learning differences. My son has gained confidence with his math skills and is actually proud of his work he brings home from school. He has not only gained academic confidence but also has gained a lot of confidence in his social life as well. He is not as reserved and shy and continues to be more happy all around. He has blossomed and is now finding the positives in all aspects of schooling and is happy to go now!

Deciding to proceed with LearningRx turned out to be an excellent choice. By the spring of first grade, Mason showed significant improvements in sitting still, focusing, and remembering tasks, confirmed both at school and home. The best part was Mason expressing his newfound ability to focus and enjoy more free time at school thanks to LearningRx.
I suffered a traumatic brain injury and due to this I was struggling in school, at home, with daily tasks, and socially. After completing the program, I’m remembering information in school and passing with flying colors. I used to feel very foggy, confused and irritated throughout the day because it was so hard to focus or remember anything. I feel like this program gave me my life back after the TBI and I’m forever grateful.
I blamed ADHD for a lot of my problems and I came to LearningRX to help my ADHD so I could enact the changes I wanted to see. Mike paired me with a great trainer. Landon and I worked excellently together and were a great fit. Landon was professional, on task, focused, and flexible.
After going through the program for three months, my child’s attitude toward school has changed dramatically. He used to be a student whom teachers paid little attention to. Last month, he was named Student of the Month. He is so proud of himself.
Since completing my program, I have seen great improvement in my memory, comprehension, and processing speed. LearningRx made my completion of high school and transition to college a lot smoother. I don’t have to work so hard to understand things anymore. I am able to do things more quickly and also fully understand each step.
Jacob began a journey of improving the areas that were holding him back from improving all areas of learning. He was working 10 times harder than all the other kids in school but not seeing much return. Now, I see him working hard, able to stay focused, and see the right response from the work he puts in… which has increased his ability to want to learn.
The service is amazing and she loved it here. She is now a more confident reader and loves to read and isn’t scared of the hard or challenging words.
LearningRx has made such a difference in the lives of my children. My oldest daughter wanted to give high school a try (she is homeschooled). She was a bit nervous because she thought that she might not be able to keep pace with the other students due to her dyslexia. LearningRx gave her the confidence to try. This program has been very beneficial for my daughter and the main reason for that is her trainer Mo. We reached out to LearningRX when our son was about to enter the fifth grade. There had been many struggles through traditional public school with reading and keeping up with math facts and focus in general…when we went to LearningRX they helped us understand that it was a processing skill that was needing to be relearned.
