Shannon and Sofia did a spectacular job of encouraging and training a kid who has already significantly struggled in school and was very reluctant to engage in learning to open up out of her shell. They did an amazing job! To be fair, this is not an inexpensive tutoring service, but there is the potential for great improvement for kids who may have struggled with other academic support programs.
We started learningRX during the beginning of the pandemic and it really helped my son stay focused during a time of chaos. My son really connects with his instructor, Austin. I highly recommend him if you have a little boy with lots of energy. Austin always makes the sessions fun!

Caleb worked really well with our son. He was very encouraging throughout all aspects of the training. He made our son feel like he can achieve anything and that it is ok to make a mistake. He was patient and kind and also helped during those difficult days at school.
I suffered a traumatic brain injury and due to this I was struggling in school, at home, with daily tasks, and socially. After completing the program, I’m remembering information in school and passing with flying colors. I used to feel very foggy, confused and irritated throughout the day because it was so hard to focus or remember anything. I feel like this program gave me my life back after the TBI and I’m forever grateful.
My child was struggling so much with reading in school and at home. She had one-on-one help through the school for a full school year but was still significantly below grade level. Her frustration began to build with tests taking almost 3x longer for her to complete when compared to her peers. She started to dislike going to school because it was too difficult. She has grown tremendously with LearningRx. She is volunteering to read at school and has improved in her skills in many ways.

What stood out the most for me in the program was the staff’s commitment and dedication to student success. I have never seen him so excited to do something related to academics, mostly because his confidence had been broken by test scores that did not reflect his effort. I am so thankful for the experience that my son had at LearningRx. Now I can finally read and sound out words! I can now read because of Mrs. Donesa and the LearningRx program! Before LearningRx, I thought I was just dumb! I can now participate in classes at school and church and not be embarrassed or afraid to read out loud or give answers like the other students. I am finally making decent grades! Now my mom cries when I read to her because I can read!

Our daughter was really struggling and we were concerned that she may not move to the next grade in school. Not only has LearningRx given her the mental exercises to improve, but it has given her the tools that she can utilize in learning at home and at school that will allow her to be successful in her future. I have seen a huge difference in how Rebekah processes information given to her. She doesn’t struggle to formulate the answer. Rebekah takes her time and to think through the problem or question she has to answer. You can actually see her processing the information she has been given.
As someone who’s had my fair share of bike crashes and TBIs, I can’t emphasize enough how important brain training is. I’ve had the pleasure of hearing Kathi speak to several groups I’m involved with, and she truly knows her stuff when it comes to the brain.
