LearningRx Success Story: From reluctant reader to reading for leisure!

Third-grader Lily is a twin who was born10 weeks premature. Doctors told her parents there might be learning complications as she got older, and there were. By first grade, Kily was falling behind her peers. In second grade, Lily had homework struggles and hated reading, so her mom enrolled her in a summer program at LearningRx.

Even though the program is rigorous and Lily had to attend training four days a week during her summer break, she never minded going to training! It was hard at first, but she always went with a willing attitude. 

When she returned to third grade, Lily was a different student! She now enjoys homework, is caught up to her classmates, and had a huge boost of confidence!

Additionally, by the beginning of her third grade year, Lily had made such huge improvements in her reading that it became her favorite subject in school! Her mom says they don’t have any of the same homework issues they had before training. When she grows up, Lily wants to be a teacher or photographer, like her mom.
