Life-Changing Experience at LearningRx Richmond Hill. The brain training exercises used at LearningRx are nothing like traditional tutoring — they are engaging, innovative, and truly transformative. My son was struggling with his grades and overall understanding of what he was learning at school. LearningRx has been a benefit to our son in many ways. It’s helped him learn to read and to be able to learn better all around. His teacher Allie was very committed and put a lot of effort into teaching him. She was firm but did her best to make it fun for him.

I am a 56-year-old retired Executive who was diagnosed 2 years ago with aphasia and a rare dementia. I was determined to fight my diseases. I researched for someone to help me exercise my progressing dying communication part of my brain, not to make it better, but to slow down my regression. I have worked with the Director’s and the amazing trainer for a year now, following the LearningRx program and the Booster Program. After the year of pushing my brain, I now have other strategies now and the future, i.e. memory.

My child enjoyed the sessions with Emily very much. There were times when he was very tired after school, but he insisted on attending the training. He could feel the benefit of the brain training – paying attention to class and staying focused on homework, so he was motivated to go even when he was tired. The performance of the directors was incredibly supportive and very family oriented. Working with both of them to support our child was a privilege and honour.
