Homework was a nightly battle—three hours of stress, tears, and very little progress. Then we found LearningRx. We went in for the evaluation, and for the first time, we saw a new approach—one that focused on how the brain learns, not just what to learn. That summer, Rosa started the program. At first, it wasn’t easy getting her there, but the team made it fun and engaging. Pretty soon, she was the one reminding me it was time to go. She finished the program, got her picture on the wall, and something just clicked.
My son used to need help to do homework and anything for school, now he sits and reads and does everything by himself, it is amazing how he is doing at school and little by little he is gaining confidence. I love everyone at LearningRx and highly recommend it to everybody.
We had our 11th grade son go to LearningRx because he was struggling with reading comprehension and listening comprehension. We were a bit worried that it would be too elementary as the other programs we looked into were. We were pleasantly surprised by the result and highly recommend it to anyone! Our son was able to make gains in all areas as well as gain much needed confidence to tackle any future challenge that comes his way!
My child is more confident in herself and school. She is not avoiding reading, she knows that she is capable and wants to continue to improve. She can focus easier and when she is told homework needs to get done, she gets it done. She is not running to use the bathroom as an excuse to avoid schoolwork.
He does seem to get his work done quicker and more independently – depending on the subject. He is also writing more notes in class. He is not complaining anymore about reading although he still struggles with answering questions about what he read. His frustration level has improved some as well as persevering.
The skills Ayden gained have been life altering. She always went above and beyond. Felt that we were in the loop at all times. Communication was great. Ayden connected with her.
Everyone has worked so super great with our son and made sure he had everything he needed to work with. Our son has fine motor skills problems and before going to LearningRx you could not read his writing. After his trainer Ms. Diana worked with him on his writing skills and hand muscles; we could not believe how well his writing improved.

The program was an excellent experience for Kai. He made a lot of progress in spite of his resistance at times. We are seeing his improvements in his schoolwork, less Cs and more As and Bs. His piano teacher can see the changes in his focus and progress with learning his material.
Kai would not be as far along without this program. They worked hard to meet him where he was and knew when to push him to achieve better results.
My son used to hate reading and now he willingly does it in his free time. He’s also slowed down and is more able to focus on tasks in front of him.

We used LearningRx for my middle daughter (6yo) and over the course of the program we saw drastic changes in her behavioral, processing speed and abilities, and overall self-confidence. When we did her evaluation and they were explaining the results, so much made sense. She was already very smart but was lacking in her ability to receive information. Once we started LearningRx all of that changed and the results showed both academically and socially.

LearningRx has made such a difference in the lives of my children. My oldest daughter wanted to give high school a try (she is homeschooled). She was a bit nervous because she thought that she might not be able to keep pace with the other students due to her dyslexia. LearningRx gave her the confidence to try. Our 10-year-old son’s life is on a GREAT trajectory thanks to his brain being “re-wired” by the LearningRx program! I am a family nurse practitioner, and I can say their system is unlike any other. In the past, my son would be crying nearly every day after school due to the frustration of being behind and overwhelmed. After first grade she had continued to fall behind. School work overwhelmed her and was often brought home to be completed along with her assigned homework. It took her hours to do everything even with help and she was frustrated every evening. Then we had her tested at LearningRx. At the beginning of 5th grade. She has completed the Read program. Her dyslexia always made reading difficult for her, although she loved to be read to and had great comprehension skills when she listened to this story.
Working with Dr. Jackson and the staff at LearningRx has helped me understand where my 13-year-old son has struggles. His pretest showed that his auditory processing was around 6 years of age. The post test showed a significant 10-year gain which has resulted in less frustration when given tasks to complete. His visual, logic-reasoning and processing speed increased. Jacob began a journey of improving the areas that were holding him back from improving all areas of learning. He was working 10 times harder than all the other kids in school but not seeing much return. Now, I see him working hard, able to stay focused, and see the right response from the work he puts in… which has increased his ability to want to learn.

Our son came into the program while in grade 1 with significant anxiety when it came to his class performance. This was most striking when it came to reading. There were concerns with ADHD and possibly dyslexia. He is listening better and his reading has taken huge strides forward. You can see how this has improved his confidence.
My child was struggling so much with reading in school and at home. She had one-on-one help through the school for a full school year but was still significantly below grade level.
