LearningRx has been a benefit to our son in many ways. It’s helped him learn to read and to be able to learn better all around. His teacher Allie was very committed and put a lot of effort into teaching him. She was firm but did her best to make it fun for him.
My daughter and son in-law needed to find a way to get their daughter some help with reading. They spoke with a few friends that had children that attended LearningRx with great success. After the evaluation she started and immediately embraced the learning process. I feel very fortunate to be able to bring her to the classes when I can. I am very impressed with her progress in such a short time. Her goal is to be able to read a chapter book like her siblings mine is just to see her read without out her being embarrassed.
The training at LearningRx for my daughter helped on her attention and memory resulting in big improvement of the understanding and reading comprehension. The directors are very friendly, knowledgeable, and adaptive with well management skills.
We were incredibly happy with the results after the completion of his training. Jeri and Kai were very attentive to our son’s development and continually kept us updated on his progress.
Our daughter has ADHD and on meds that were helpful but she kept running into the same roadblocks academically: poor organization, not completing tasks, avoiding work…So I searched for help and found Learning RX. The training was slow going but improved steadily and I was noticing an improvement in her grades and her confidence. One year later she only made 1 C and is setting goals for her grades. She has far surpassed our expectations with training and we feel it is directly due to the training at Learning RX.
Ms. Loftus and her entire team were absolutely wonderful to work with! After training with them, my son is now thriving at school, able to focus better, and his confidence levels have skyrocketed!

LearningRx has be amazing! We started this because I wanted my son to feel more confident about himself and his schoolwork especially math and not only is he doing better at math and all subjects he is more confident than he has ever been. To see him come home and say “Mom I love math now, it’s easier and I can do it. I am so proud of myself” It just blows me away. My 11 year old son has been doing Learning Rx all summer and we have noticed many positive changes. He is following through with directions much better, He is more focused on his work and he is more engaged. I think he’s starting to feel more confident as a learner. I am so glad we had the opportunity to this at this time because it has prepared him well for virtual school this year.
Our son is 8 years old and has struggled since 3 years old to focus. Starting to learn to read and figuring out letters has been very difficult…Mel is motivating to him and continues to push him to his potential. In the first month the change we saw in our son’s focus was jaw dropping!..Within 3 months of beginning the program our son has started to read full homework page assignments and complete them on his own! Mel and this program has completely changed our lives to which we will be eternally grateful.
Molly did a great job as well. She helped explain the results, being thorough and clear with the plan. She was very good with Embry making sure to challenge her and encourage her.
My daughter has more fluency and confidence now when she reads, but most of all, she is reading! She totes several books in her bookbag to and from school to read during down-time at school and at home. Reading is no longer seen as a chore and there is no longer the same struggle we had before starting this program.
Our 10-year-old daughter continued having learning problems. After 2 months of LearningRx, she has more confidence in her learning ability, and she is already getting better grades in English! We can’t wait to see all the great things she will accomplish with this program!

I was a student at LearningRx 4.5 years ago in high school and now work in Atlanta full time. At home he is now willing to do his homework, where before he would have a tantrum every time. His school grades have made a noticeable improvement. At school his teacher has also noticed large improvements in his classroom behavior. His reading and spelling grades have improved.
Improvements in working memory, confidence, and computing skills. I have seen improvements specifically at work with ability to memorize orders for a period of time. I am excited to see what impacts I see as I begin to take classes this coming semester.

LearningRx has been a great experience for my daughters and an outstanding way to “turn their brains back on” during this time of virtual learning. My 15-year old was struggling with getting school work done and for the first time lacked confidence that he could do it. Middle school had been effortless but remote high school was proving to be a problem. Specifically he was having problems reading and retaining the story and meaning of the Odyssey. The journey through LearningRX not only worked on his learning skills but also on the mindset that my son can push through the hard work and do things he did not think he could. The confidence he got from the program is priceless.

Ashley was absolutely wonderful for my son Jack. She was so patient with him and seemed to know exactly how to encourage him in the moment. A year ago, my daughter was in tears almost every day regarding her math assignments. Now, although she still needs to work at math, there are no tears, and she has an increased level of confidence that she CAN do it.

Very helpful for children with learning differences. My son has gained confidence with his math skills and is actually proud of his work he brings home from school. He has not only gained academic confidence but also has gained a lot of confidence in his social life as well. He is not as reserved and shy and continues to be more happy all around. He has blossomed and is now finding the positives in all aspects of schooling and is happy to go now!

Everyone was very invested in Anniston’s success. Anniston has researched topics and questions by herself on google a few times in the last couple weeks and that is something she would not have done previously. She spells and reads much better now. She is continuing to grow in her skills.
