The results were all I hoped for and more. I came in looking for some change, but I watched my child completely transform because of this program. This will forever change the course of her education.
We are just a month or so in to my boys training, and I have already seen significant improvement. We chose to do the home training a couple hours a week, which I wasn’t sure was going to be doable. Although some weeks are more of a challenge than others, we have been able to accomplish it every week so far. I prayed for weeks for the Lord to show me what I needed to do for my boys, and He led me to Learning RX in an overwhelming way.
After completing a 20-week program, we’ve seen great improvements in her abilities at school. I am a 56-year-old retired Executive who was diagnosed 2 years ago with aphasia and a rare dementia. I was determined to fight my diseases. I researched for someone to help me exercise my progressing dying communication part of my brain, not to make it better, but to slow down my regression. I have worked with the Director’s and the amazing trainer for a year now, following the LearningRx program and the Booster Program. After the year of pushing my brain, I now have other strategies now and the future, i.e. memory.
It was amazing how this brain training positively affected every aspect of my 8-year old’s life, from comprehending what he read to learning and speaking to building confidence in himself and working through the meltdowns rather than shutting down. Homework time, discipline time, and times of losing are also a lot easier with new understanding. All of which will make his life lessons, now and in the future, easier to adapt to and learn from!

I highly recommend the Atlanta Buckhead location of LearningRX! My child went through the cognitive training LearningRX program this year. LearningRX gives a pre- and post-test in a number of different areas and, relative to the pre-test, my child’s post-test showed tremendous, quantified improvement in almost every category that was part of the program! My child’s tutor, Christen, was amazing – smart, assertive with giving the right amount of push, adaptive, highly communicative, encouraging and dedicated!
My child is more confident in his ability to succeed. He is more willing to try new things. He has a better sense of self control, and he has made significant improvements on every report card. He has learned that working hard is more important than perfection!
We are new to LearningRx. But we love it. Staff are friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. My son likes his coach Gina. She always has smile on her face and great communicator.
After just a few weeks of training, my daughter has begun to change her attitude. She used to refuse to do things she did not like. Now, she tries her best to do things she does not enjoy and continues to pursue the things she loves. I am really happy to see this progress.

Now I can finally read and sound out words! I can now read because of Mrs. Donesa and the LearningRx program! Before LearningRx, I thought I was just dumb! Some kids made fun of me because I could not read our sound out words. I did not like myself very much. Now I do! I can now participate in classes at school and church and not be embarrassed or afraid to read out loud or give answers like the other students. I am finally making decent grades! Now my mom cries when I read to her because I can read!

The training really helped me and prepared me for college. I had a lot going on and she was able to work around my schedule and help me get through my course before I left for college. I am excited to start college and see how much this helped me improve in the classroom.

After covid my son found himself 2 1/2 years behind in reading. With ADHD and Dyslexia and so much time missed in the classroom he needed more help then the school could offer. After 9 months we have seen tremendous progress. It is a big commitment both financially and time but it was worth it.

Our daughter started the ReadRx program in November, mid-pandemic. At the halfway point she was reading at grade level, and reading magazines and chapter books – for fun! Her reading continued to improve…and by the time she finished, we saw huge improvements in her processing speed and ability to recall information. The program is hard work, but worth every bit of effort!
Before starting this program, I struggled with auditory processing, which often made communication and focus more challenging. Now, not only has my auditory processing improved dramatically, but my productivity has skyrocketed, my memory is sharper, and my overall cognitive abilities have reached new heights.
Having ADHD and PTSD, I was on medication and did not like the side effects. The ability to retrain my brain and gain new skills is amazing.
LearningRx has been so awesome and such a blessing for me!…I had never really planned ahead well or been an organizer type of person, but I had done well in school. So we found LearningRx, and in addition to my already recognized struggles, their pre-assessment revealed other areas of weaknesses that needed to be addressed. Our son and us were fortunate to have found LearningRx to help him with so many important aspects of his everyday life. Gabrielle has shown consistent improvements in her schoolwork scores. She has told us that school seems easier. LearningRX has been a blessing to my son. JR had a sports related concussion in March of 2019. He was in the 8th grade and had forgotten simple things in life. I didn’t know how he would finish out his 8th grade year…I came across LearningRX and after the first week or two he could tell that his memory getting better. My son has gained confidence, his memory, and the stamina to work for longer periods of time.
