610 Opperman Drive Eagan, MN 55123

Today’s leaders are expected to think faster, remember more, and make sound decisions in an environment of constant change and distraction. This engaging session focuses on how brain fitness directly impacts leadership performance, productivity, and long-term effectiveness—at any stage of your career.

Participants will gain insight into key cognitive skills such as memory, processing speed, attention, and focus, and how these skills influence decision-making, communication, and adaptability in the workplace. Rather than accepting mental decline as inevitable, this workshop explores current research on brain function and aging and provides practical, science-backed strategies leaders can use immediately. The session also includes fun, hands-on brain training exercises to reinforce learning and boost mental agility.
