Brain Training or Reading Tutoring?

While tutoring can help some students, it might not be the best fit for you or your child. Reading tutoring tends to focus on practicing reading and memorizing spelling, which requires strong underlying cognitive skills. If these underlying skills haven’t been developed, a reading tutor might not be the right choice.

My son had a TBI (due to an AVM) at the age of 19. We were told about LearningRx and that they were very successful with TBI patients. We attended for 8 months. It was not an easy journey for him, but with his trainer, Will, Dargan and the staff at LearningRX he might not have possibly accomplished what he has done in the past 10 years.
