The program trainers worked hard to challenge Deacon in such a way to have optimal growth in reading and comprehension. The center and brain training activities were engaging and kept Deacon in a place of wanting to continue with things that are very hard for him. He was cared for and he could tell he was liked and being championed each time he had a session. Deacon now has more confidence in reading.
The biggest change we saw in him was his ability to listen, focus and pay attention. He is now able to keep himself on task and focused on what he is doing while also listening to those around him. He has been able to listen and not need for it to be repeated, while also retaining what he heard to apply or question it later.

Desmond has been known in school for his high intelligence and ability to catch on to concepts and even help his peers understand. Having ADHD and PTSD, I was on medication and did not like the side effects. The ability to retrain my brain and gain new skills is amazing.
LearningRx has been the best thing we have decided to do for our kids. We have both of our kids in an individual program, 8-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son. Our son has dyslexia and ADHD. He has struggled in school even with an IEP at school and other touting outside of school. He has had so many achievements this school year. Our daughter was just a little behind grade level. She has caught up and is enjoying school for the first time.

The transition from High School to College was rough (with COVID complications). My daughter’s confidence was shot and her focus was distracted as best given the unusual stressful events. Learning Rx was a God send. With my daughter’s commitment and the guidance of a highly inspirational instructor, my daughter improved her memory and ability to tune out distractions. She learned how to establish a plan for study patterns and follow through on that plan. Her confidence level is remarkably better and is supported by her improved performance at college.
The staff is amazing and Nicks progress is proof of how amazing this program is! I’m so proud of him and how much he improved and his confidence. Molly is amazing, and so informative. When [my daughter] started the program, she presented with low self-esteem, anxiety, difficulty in maintaining focus and an aversion towards reading. I am happy to report that in 7 short months, [she] has turned all of this around. My daughter is a senior in high school and has struggled in school all her life. She has had tutors on and off for over 10 years. Her biggest struggles were with her processing both visual and auditory, memorizing math facts and problem solving to name a few. They were very understanding and flexible with her training sessions because she is a very busy student. They met three days a week online for about six months and now after those six months, she has improved in every area and is doing better in school and has much more confidence in herself. She now has a good foundation to be successful in life.

Our son has made a lot of positive progress during his time at LearningRx. His reading has improved, confidence is much higher, and school has become less of a struggle. Before LearningRx he needed a lot of direction from his teacher at school and a lot of tears and feeling left behind by his peers. The staff is amazing and care so much for students and their success.
The reason why I could succeed was that I was on ADHD medication, but the medication made me extremely depressed and enraged all of the time. When I stopped taking it, I was filled with great joy because of my newfound freedom. But something was still wrong. Without the medication, I forgot the first part of the sentence by the end of the second part of the sentence. My imagination never turned off, and despite going to school an hour early and tutoring for an hour after school, I barely passed with Cs. Then I enrolled in LearningRx. Within three months, I was on fire. I could concentrate, handle awkward social situations, find motivation, put my creative ideas in paper. I attacked school with newfound strength. Last year I was the slowest kid in the class, but this year I am one of the fastest and smartest.

We saw a lot of improvement in Parker’s reading comprehension skills and improvements in memory and auditory processing.

I can’t possibly say enough about LearningRx Columbus. They have been absolutely amazing with my son. He struggles with memory and overall processing information. He isn’t done with the program and I am already seeing such a huge difference. What’s also amazing is that he likes it. He does the program over zoom twice a week.
My child went from being nonverbal to being a little girl who is communicating AND reading! Naomi was a little girl who would cry instead of telling me what was wrong. She had been learning her alphabet but could not recognize a single letter in the alphabet. After training, Naomi now has conversations with others, and she is excelling in school. We love LearningRx!
I have seen a huge difference in how Rebekah processes information given to her. She doesn’t struggle to formulate the answer. Rebekah takes her time and to think through the problem or question she has to answer. You can actually see her processing the information she has been given.
Molly did a great job as well. She helped explain the results, being thorough and clear with the plan. She was very good with Embry making sure to challenge her and encourage her.
He now has confidence to raise his hand to answer questions out loud in class & reads out loud when asked to at school & church. He is making good grades & is very proud of himself as we are all proud of him! He no longer hates school & is looking forward to being in Junior High. He will begin the LearningRx reading comprehension program this summer to help boost him even farther!

Before I started LearningRx my mind always wonders off and I cannot stay on a task, however in the first week of LearningRx I could already see the difference! LearningRx was our saving grace. I searched high and low for services like this and finally found them. My son was struggling so bad in school and was so far behind his peers. He not only lacked the educational ability, but he lacked confidence. For the last year and a half, he went here and they built his confidence beyond what I could ever imagine. After suffering an acquired brain injury, I never thought I’d hear my son read. But thanks to the wonderful staff at LearningRx he is now reading and excited to learn.
LearningRx is the best decision my family ever made for my daughter.
