For two or three years I knew something wasn’t right. The school kept telling me that he was at grade level and that it was okay. But it wasn’t okay, because he would avoid reading. Our son came into the program while in grade 1 with significant anxiety when it came to his class performance. This was most striking when it came to reading. There were concerns with ADHD and possibly dyslexia. He is listening better and his reading has taken huge strides forward. You can see how this has improved his confidence.
Deciding to proceed with LearningRx turned out to be an excellent choice. By the spring of first grade, Mason showed significant improvements in sitting still, focusing, and remembering tasks, confirmed both at school and home. The best part was Mason expressing his newfound ability to focus and enjoy more free time at school thanks to LearningRx.

My daughter’s experience with Learning Rx has been a journey in gaining confidence, focus, study and comprehension skills. My son went to Learning RX for about two years. The staff was amazing, can’t say enough good things about them! My son learned many skills, gained confidence going into the next school year and just in general processing improvements. We initially tried a going to a learning/tutoring type center. But when the administer expressed doubts about my child’s ability to comprehend tasks directions and to work independently, I began searching for a program that would aid comprehension. This led to my internet search and in me finding LearningRx. It was a blessing and miracle, very early on, to see my child perform multi-step commands without additional prompts by me. Now, we have seen a true love of writing after practice with the Learning Rx trainer.
LearningRx has been absolutely wonderful! The staff are caring, patient, and so supportive. Our son has made incredible progress — his teachers constantly comment on how much he’s improved both academically and behaviorally. After completing a 20-week program, we’ve seen great improvements in her abilities at school. She is better able to stay focused and deal with distractions, something that had previously been a challenge. Her confidence has soared and this boost in self-assurance has been evident in all areas of her academic and social life. Math, which once felt like a constant struggle, has become much easier for her. She now handles math facts with greater ease and working through her math homework no longer causes the same frustration.
We saw improvements in math, logic and reasoning, spelling, comprehension and processing speed. Rikki attends a school with a rigorous curriculum, and she is putting more effort into her work now that things have improved.
My 11 year old son has been doing Learning Rx all summer and we have noticed many positive changes. He is following through with directions much better, He is more focused on his work and he is more engaged. I think he’s starting to feel more confident as a learner. He was getting distracted really easily by other students and noises in the classroom and it hindered his ability to stay on task. I was nervous about the thought of him beginning to drive with how easily distracted he can get but after this program I have seen a huge difference in him. If your child is struggling to pay attention in a distracting school environment, feeling like they’re stupid, or not enjoying school because they’re having trouble completing tasks then this program is for them. I highly recommend the Atlanta Buckhead location of LearningRX! My child went through the cognitive training LearningRX program this year. LearningRX gives a pre- and post-test in a number of different areas and, relative to the pre-test, my child’s post-test showed tremendous, quantified improvement in almost every category that was part of the program! My child’s tutor, Christen, was amazing – smart, assertive with giving the right amount of push, adaptive, highly communicative, encouraging and dedicated!
Having ADHD and PTSD, I was on medication and did not like the side effects. The ability to retrain my brain and gain new skills is amazing.

Following a hospital stay for long Covid, I became aware that LearningRx was offering a program to help clients that had experienced this disease. The program was creative, and I actually enjoyed the cognitive challenge of each session as I advanced thru the skills . Following this program I feel that I am now much more productive than I use to be and it’s easier to adjust to changes in routines.
Our child was recently able to join a normal level class for reading and writing. His reading, writing, and comprehension grew exponentially during his time in the program.
Since starting the program, we have noticed that my son seems more confident in certain areas – in school his self-esteem, his ability to do tasks, and his attention at times seems to be more sustained, and his grades improved.

Our son was struggling in school from the time he started Kindergarten. By 3rd grade our son was so frustrated and in tears over homework that I started to seek more answers…Then I found Learning RX. When we started this program he was on a Kindergarten to first-grade level at the age of eight. After ten months of training you can see the growth and confidence that he now has when completing his work and reading. He has increased his scores by 2 to 3 grade levels.
