FSA/HSA Funds

Use Your FSA/HSA for Brain Training Programs


LearningRx program is eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursements if the training is prescribed to treat a diagnosed medical or learning condition such as: ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum, Auditory processing disorder, Learning disabilities, Cognitive impairment, Developmental delays.

What usually helps with reimbursement approval:

1. A formal diagnosis from a physician, psychologist, or other licensed provider

2. A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) stating that the LearningRx program is recommended to treat a specific condition

3. Detailed invoices/receipts showing the services provided

529 Funds

You can now use your 529 funds to pay for LearningRx Brain Training Program


You can now use your 529 funds to pay for LearningRx Brain Training program. K-12 tuition expenses are qualified for up to $20,000 per year per student at elementary and secondary schools, including public, private, and religious schools. As of July 4, 2025, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act expanded K-12 qualified expenses beyond tuition.

You can now use 529 funds for curricular materials, books, online educational materials, tutoring, educational therapies for students with disabilities, dual enrollment fees, and standardized test fees including AP exams and the SAT. However, all K-12 withdrawals combined cannot exceed the $20,000 annual limit.
