In order to read, a learner must recognize letters by shape, decode letter combinations, and process complex phrases in sequence. These abilities rely on distinct cognitive skills like auditory processing, working memory, and more. 

For local students, our programs build on these cognitive skills. Led by a dedicated brain trainer through focused drills and games, each learner targets and hones those skills where they struggle. As they improve their underlying abilities, they can create a strong foundation for successful reading and learning.

Learners are paired with a brain trainer who knows their abilities and where they face challenges. With a personalized approach to training, each student can find success on their terms.

• ReadRx® focuses on reading fundamentals. Students work on recognizing and decoding phonemes, combining sound and letter units into full words, deciphering unknown words, and other key auditory processing abilities. 
• ComprehendRx® focuses on reading comprehension. Learners focus on improving speed and accuracy when reading, visualizing sentences and images, and retaining complex ideas.
