My daughter is a senior in high school and has struggled in school all her life. She has had tutors on and off for over 10 years. Her biggest struggles were with her processing both visual and auditory, memorizing math facts and problem solving to name a few. They were very understanding and flexible with her training sessions because she is a very busy student. They met three days a week online for about six months and now after those six months, she has improved in every area and is doing better in school and has much more confidence in herself. She now has a good foundation to be successful in life.
Our son and us were fortunate to have found LearningRx to help him with so many important aspects of his everyday life. He eagerly attended 107 brain training sessions that he gave his best effort, energy and determination to get the most out of every minute he was there. Our son has seen so many improvements, I can’t list them all here, but I’ll highlight a few of the most important ones – many around improvements to his safety. His ability to focus, concentrate and speed processing could not be more different than when he started.

I just completed 12 weeks of training at LearningRx and could not be happier with the experience. Over the course of the program, I noticed steady and meaningful improvements: faster speed on exercises, greater confidence with mental math (especially addition and multiplication under time pressure), and better focus even with auditory distractions. Working in Education for 18 years, I knew my 9 year old daughter needed something more than a reading tutor. My son has dyslexia and was really struggling to read. He not only reads now but reads well and is devouring books! My son also struggles with memory issues among other things, and it’s been so fun to see his memory strengthened and his ability to tell us more things and share more details and even do more things on his own. His confidence absolutely soared after this experience!
Homework was a nightly battle—three hours of stress, tears, and very little progress. Then we found LearningRx. We went in for the evaluation, and for the first time, we saw a new approach—one that focused on how the brain learns, not just what to learn. That summer, Rosa started the program. At first, it wasn’t easy getting her there, but the team made it fun and engaging. Pretty soon, she was the one reminding me it was time to go. She finished the program, got her picture on the wall, and something just clicked.

After completing a 20-week program, we’ve seen great improvements in her abilities at school. Her confidence has soared and this boost in self-assurance has been evident in all areas of her academic and social life. Math, which once felt like a constant struggle, has become much easier for her. She now handles math facts with greater ease and working through her math homework no longer causes the same frustration.
Our son is almost done with the program and we are very impressed with his progress and accomplishments so far. He has made great strides with his memory, processing skills, and overall attitude about learning. We have noticed less anxiety and frustration when he’s doing homework at home. We had our 11th grade son go to LearningRx because he was struggling with reading comprehension and listening comprehension. We were a bit worried that it would be too elementary as the other programs we looked into were. We were pleasantly surprised by the result and highly recommend it to anyone! My son is on the spectrum and doesn’t do well with classroom learning and the environment here has been great for him. If you have a struggling learner and/or reader, I HIGHLY recommend brain training. The more I have learned about tutoring vs brain training, the more I wish I had gotten him here sooner.

Our son just completed the program and we are very pleased with our experience overall. We see a notable difference in several areas. We truly appreciated the support his trainer has given him and his ability to meet my son where he was, making each training session engaging.
My child was struggling so much with reading in school and at home. She had one-on-one help through the school for a full school year but was still significantly below grade level. Her frustration began to build with tests taking almost 3x longer for her to complete when compared to her peers. She started to dislike going to school because it was too difficult. She has grown tremendously with LearningRx. She is volunteering to read at school and has improved in her skills in many ways.
Our daughter just finished her 80th session and we believe it has improved her focus and confidence tremendously. While debating if we should check it out, we thought we’d rather give it a try instead of continuing to struggle and wonder if we made a mistake by not going or going too late. Now that we are through the sessions, we can say it was worth the time and financial commitment.
We came in looking for additional help, especially in reading, for our son who is so bright but was struggling with his schoolwork. The assessment affirmed what we thought as far as some cognitive skills which needed strengthening. I homeschool so I’ve been able to give him tons of one-on-one tutoring, but the improvement has been so slow. We are so excited about his progress and believe we have found just the right tool to make the bridges in his mind and give him the help he needs. Very thankful to have found this place!
My son started LearningRx when he was 16 and my biggest regret in parenting him is that I didn’t find this place sooner! It has completely improved every aspect of his life! From simple things like forgetfulness in daily life tasks, walking into a room and forgetting why you were going in there in the first place. Schoolwork is so much easier as he relearned how to read a different way and learned memory tools and rewired his brain to optimize it.
