Leanne DiSanto
Center Owner & Executive Director
Board Certified Cognitive Specialist; Certified Life Coach
Leanne is originally from the Boston area and has been in SoCal for 25 years. She gets to work behind the scenes and on the front-line building brain training programs for both her child and adult clients. Her favorite part is seeing the progress throughout the program, celebrating their amazing results and witnessing the sense of accomplishment, when learning and life becomes easier.
Prior to her rise with LearningRx, starting as assistant director, moving to director and now as the owner, she coached hundreds of clients in multiple arenas. Starting her coaching career in the fitness industry and is the former owner of Fitness Patrol, Private Training Studio. She has a Master’s in Exercise Physiology, a Bachelor of Science in Biology and multiple training and life coaching certifications.
Leanne loves to share LearningRx with her community through speaking and leading seminars. She is the Amazon #1 Bestselling co-author of “Faces of the New Feminine Leadership: Real Women, Real Conversations, Real Impact.” Leanne was the podcast host for Rise up for You Podcast for two years and served three years as Vice President on the Board of the Women’s Journey Foundation, a non-profit organization that serves at-risk girls.
Fun Fact – Leanne’s daughter, Francesca, is graduating from NYU, May ’26 and she couldn’t be prouder. Leanne loves classic rock, true crime, and comedians. She shares her home with Shiloh, her white German Shepherd and two kitties, Tiggy and Lyla.

Viktoria Arreola
Brain Trainer
Viktoria is a dedicated Brain Trainer with a strong passion for helping individuals unlock their cognitive potential. She earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy from D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Community Health at California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2018.
Originally from Bellflower, California, she brings a holistic and compassionate approach to her work, drawing from both her academic background and her ability to connect with others. As a brain trainer, she values the opportunity to build relationships, support personal growth, and boost confidence in those she works with.
Viktoria is committed to making a positive impact through every session, blending clinical knowledge with heart to help individuals thrive.
Fun Fact – Viktoria enjoys traveling, attending concerts, working out, and spending quality time with her loved ones during Sunday family fundays. She has a twin brother who’s in law enforcement, and she shares her home with two cats and a dog.

Zara Motahari
Certified Brain Trainer
Zara grew up in Iran and moved to the United States to pursue graduate studies, ultimately earning her PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from SUNY Upstate Medical University.
Trained as a neuroscientist, she brings a deep understanding of how the brain learns, adapts, and grows, and thoughtfully applies this knowledge in a practical, supportive, and engaging way during each session.
Zara values building meaningful relationships with her students and feels honored to be part of their learning journey. She finds the greatest fulfillment in watching students gain confidence, develop new skills, and achieve real, measurable growth.
Prior to her current work, Zara gained valuable experience as a tutor, where she supported students across a range of subjects and learning styles, helping them strengthen foundational skills, improve academic performance, and gain confidence in how they approach learning.
Fun Fact: Zara is an avid tennis player and recently picked up pickleball. She also practices hot yoga—although she insists it’s not fun at all.

Brooklin Morrissey
Brain Trainer
Brooklin grew up in Orange County, California, and earned an associate degree in psychology from Orange Coast College and bachelor’s in psychology from Cal State Fullerton.
She brings hands-on experience as a paraeducator with special education kids in the alternative education division and as a former administrative intern with the Orange County Department of Education.
Brooklin loves being a brain trainer and helping her students grow in confidence and see real change happen so they can reach their full potential. She feels so honored to be a part of their learning journey.
Fun Fact – Brooklin loves doing creative projects like painting, working with clay, and crocheting. She also likes psychological thriller books, Pilates, and spending time with her cat, Nemo.

Marie Khijniak
Certified Brain Trainer
Marie grew up in Irvine, California, and earned her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from UCLA. She will be attending medical school next year and is passionate about helping students build strong cognitive foundations that support both academic success and long-term confidence.
She brings years of experience working closely with students in one-on-one and group settings. Marie has coached dance for many years, teaching students of all ages how to combine discipline, creativity, and problem-solving. She has also worked as a tutor, supporting students across a range of subjects and helping them develop effective learning strategies. These experiences have shaped her encouraging, patient, and skill-building approach to training.
Marie loves being a brain trainer because she gets to watch students grow, not only in their cognitive skills but also in their belief in themselves. She feels honored to be part of each student’s learning journey and to witness the real changes that happen through consistency and support.
Fun Fact – Marie competed in ballroom dancing for fifteen years and still loves choreographing new routines. She also enjoys jewelry design, creative projects, and hunting for the best dessert spots in Orange County.
