Dr. Janissa Jackson
Owner & Center Director
Dr. Janissa Jackson received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2005 from the University of Arkansas after completing specialty training in the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents with Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Furthermore, she received additional training in the assessment and treatment of developmental concerns including autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Jackson began her practice in 2005 and has been practicing in Fort Smith since 2011. She has greatly enjoyed being a part of the professional community of the River Valley area.
Dr. Jackson has specialized in treatment as well as psychological evaluations over her years in private practice but has recently limited her practice to primarily doing testing. This decision came as a result of the great need for these types of evaluations and the long waiting lists that patients often have to endure. Diagnosis is often needed to open doors in helping patients of all ages meet their highest potential. However, she has become passionate about providing additional options for those who struggle with cognitive processing and effective learning. That is what led her to pursue opening an educational franchise. Dr. Jackson has been married for twenty-four years to her husband Justin and has two children. The family resides on a cattle ranch and she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family’s animals as well as reading and making homemade soap.

Justin Jackson
Co-Owner and Director
Justin Jackson has experience in sales as well as customer service after working in the service industry for many years. He ultimately opened his own business for a period of time but moved into full time ministry to pursue a career as a student pastor. Justin has worked with students, families, and volunteers for more than ten years. He has a passion for inspiring others and helping them to see their true potential. Justin is an excellent communicator and finds helpful solutions in difficult situations. In his spare time, Justin works as a cowboy cook with his very own chuck wagon and operates the family’s cattle ranch.

Bryana Regalado
Assistant Director
My journey began as a brain trainer in the River Valley location in May of 2023. I graduated from the University of Arkansas- Fort Smith with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education K-6. I have spent the past 8 years working with students of all ages, diverse learning backgrounds, Title I schools, and native Spanish speakers. My passion for education started when I saw the need for Spanish-speaking educators and teachers in low-income schools. LearningRx has enabled me to continue serving families in our community and to grow both as an individual and as an educator.
Outside of work, you will find me making handmade crafts and decorating for the holidays. I love supporting small businesses and going to vintage markets. I collect trinkets, handmade art, and Disney pins. As a creative outlet, I photograph my friends and family. I enjoy traveling to new places, trying new asian cuisines, and finding new hobbies.
I value creating relationships with my students, staff, and families at LearningRx. My philosophy has always been, and will continue to be, to make everyone feel welcome, heard, and respected when they walk through these doors. LearningRx strives for excellence and helps students understand that it is okay to make mistakes. Not only do they grow as students, but they also grow into confident individuals.

Daniel Graham
Director of First Impressions
Hey! My name is Daniel, and I’ve been employed by LearningRx since the fall of 2023. My favorite part of LearningRx is getting to see students join the program and leave as completely different individuals who have the skills to complete the goals ahead of them. Outside of LearningRx, I like to cook different meals and enjoy them with a good show, go to church, and root myself into a great community, and sometimes go on an evening run to clear my mind. To pick a favorite memory from LearningRx would be the same as asking me to pick a favorite student. I can’t pick just one. Seeing the lives change and knowing we were the ones who were able to make that happen is the most gratifying feeling!

Miranda Williams
Brain Trainer
I am deeply passionate about the work I do at LearningRx. This role has allowed me to provide personalized cognitive training to help clients achieve their individual goals. The opportunity to build meaningful relationships and develop tailored strategies to overcome each client’s challenges is incredibly rewarding. My interests include playing pickleball, reading, and pursuing an LCSW. LearningRx aligns perfectly with my desire to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

Keegan Fitzgibbons
Brain Trainer
I joined LearningRx in May 2025, and I attend Rutgers University, where I am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Finance. My passion for helping those who struggle with learning or want to learn derives from my mother, who is a psychologist.
Outside of brain training, I enjoy traveling to big cities and trying new foods, watching ice hockey, going to concerts, going to the gym, and hanging out with my family and friends.
What I love most about being a brain trainer is the relationship I have the opportunity to form with the trainee. I believe a positive relationship with a student is the most helpful way to motivate them to learn and strengthen the areas where they struggle. Watching a student’s self-confidence grow as they progress through the program is what I enjoy most about being a brain trainer. I believe I am a great brain trainer because I genuinely care about each student’s growth and am passionate about helping them reach their full potential.

Olivia Council
Brain Trainer
I joined LearningRx as a brain trainer in May 2025. I’m originally from Fayetteville and currently attend the University of Arkansas, where I’m earning my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in music.
One of my favorite parts of being a brain trainer is getting to work one-on-one with students and helping them reach their goals. I love seeing their confidence grow as they tackle challenging activities and make progress throughout their program. Celebrating those milestones with them is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of training, I enjoy playing soccer and golf, baking, singing, going to concerts, playing board games, and spending time with my friends and family.

Olivia Maner
Brain Trainer
I am currently a junior at the University of Arkansas majoring in Apparel Merchandising, with a minor in Marketing. Although I’m still working toward my degree, my personal experience with tutoring as a child, and now being on the other side of it has given me a unique perspective and passion for helping others succeed. I’m passionate about all things fashion, branding, and the power of creative storytelling through style. I’m also a proud member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, where I’ve developed leadership, teamwork, and communication skills that I carry into everything I do. When I’m not in class or at work, you can usually find me spending time with friends, going on long walks (preferably with 7 Brew in my hand), working out, or hanging out with animals—I’m a huge animal lover! Fun fact: I used to ride horses for 12 years and had a horse named Zebulon!
Being a brain trainer is something I’m genuinely passionate about, and a big reason for that is that I’ve been in my students’ shoes. Growing up, I struggled in school and often felt overwhelmed or behind. Having one-on-one support from tutors made a huge difference in my confidence and success, and now I get to be that person for someone else. What I love most about this job is the opportunity to build real relationships with students. Every session is more than just exercises; it’s about encouraging progress, celebrating the small wins, and helping them see just how capable they are. I know firsthand how empowering it can be to have someone believe in you, and it’s incredibly rewarding to be that support system for others. It’s amazing to watch students grow not just in their skills, but in their confidence too. That’s the best part of this job, knowing you’re helping someone unlock their potential and feel proud of their progress.

Anna Claire
Brain Trainer
My name is Anna Claire Roberts! I am a brain trainer at LearningRx and a graduate of the ThinkRx program. I am currently a student at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Outside of training, I like to read, exercise outside, and paint with watercolor. Being a brain trainer allows me to help my students make significant, meaningful, and positive changes in their lives. My favorite procedure is the Reasoning Brain Cards. It is very versatile, as it works with a multitude of skills, including reasoning skills, critical thinking skills, and long-term attention skills. What I enjoy most about working at Learning Rx is seeing the success of my students!

Isaac Perea
Brain Trainer
I’ve been working at LearningRx for about a year and love being part of an environment that is so meaningful and supportive. I’m currently pursuing a degree in architecture at the University of Arkansas, which I’m proud of made the dean’s list. Outside of training, some things I enjoy doing are playing pickleball with my family and spending time outdoors fishing. What I love most about being a brain trainer is seeing the growth my students make. Whether it is a small accomplishment or a small step forward, it’s incredibly rewarding to make a real difference in their lives. Coming to work each day and doing something that can impact someone’s future is incredibly fulfilling.

Cami Harger
Brain Trainer
I graduated in May of 2025 from the University of Arkansas with my Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in communications, with the plan of achieving a master’s and a license in mental health counseling. I started working at LearningRx in November of 2024 because of my desire to help people. My favorite part of the job is celebrating the little wins with my students. Seeing their eyes light up with excitement the first time they read a word they never could before or realize they could remember instructions the first time they are told, and being able to encourage them is so rewarding. Being able to coach them towards growth makes everything worth it. Outside of work, I enjoy baking fun sweet treats, working out, or playing basketball and pickleball with my friends.

Lauren Primm
Brain Trainer
I joined LearningRx in May 2025 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling at the University of Arkansas as well.
What I love most about working at LearningRx is building strong relationships with students and watching their confidence grow as they improve their cognitive skills.
Outside of work, I love staying active and exploring new places—so far, I’ve visited 10 countries and 29 states, and I’m always planning my next adventure!

Rylee Olson
Brain Trainer
Hi, my name is Rylee Olson! I am from Austin, Texas, and I’m currently a junior at the U Of A! I joined the LearningRx team this past spring. Outside of work I enjoy going on coffee dates with friends, watching movies, and I love going to football and baseball games. I enjoy being a brain trainer because I love helping people learn how to better themselves so they can set themselves up for success in their life. I did vision eye therapy, and I got to experience firsthand how rewarding victories, small, and large can be! I also enjoy getting to know people and their interests so I can connect with them on a personal level. My favorite skill is visualization golf. It works with visualization in unique ways and challenges students to strengthen their visualization skills.
