LearningRx Springhurst was recently presented with the 2023 Customer Service award at the company’s national convention for the 12th year in a row.

We wanted to recognize them among their peers and community to show our support and honor their hard work.”
To determine customer satisfaction, LearningRx uses a 10-point scale and asks students
(or their parents) the likelihood they would recommend LearningRx to a friend. The 10-point
measurement of customer loyalty also works as a system to increase customer satisfaction.
“Our goal at LearningRx is change lives through brain training. We want to be able to give people hope and to uncover each student’s potential,” shared Owner and Executive Director Molly Hastings-Parke.

Learning Rx was our saving grace. I searched high and low for services like this and finally found them. My son was struggling so bad in school and was so far behind his peers. He not only lacked the educational ability but he lacked confidence. For the last year an a half, he went here and they built his confidence beyond what I could ever imagine. After suffering an acquired brain injury I never thought I’d hear my son read. But thanks to the wonderful staff at learning Rx he is now reading and excited to learn. He may still be behind his peers but he is catching up and I owe that all to our friends at Learning Rx. I want to say thank you to Molly, Katie, Matt, Aiden, and Judy.
