LearningRx Louisville Earns Top Award at National Convention

LearningRx Springhurst was recently presented with the 2023 Customer Service award at the company’s national convention for the 12th year in a row.

to customer satisfaction,” says LearningRx CEO Kim Hanson. “We’re so proud to have this

The center has not only helped countless clients excel in school, work, and life by training their brains to become faster and more efficient learners, but also provided exceptional customer service. We wanted to recognize them among their peers and community to show our support and honor their hard work.”

To determine customer satisfaction, LearningRx uses a 10-point scale and asks students
(or their parents) the likelihood they would recommend LearningRx to a friend. The 10-point
measurement of customer loyalty also works as a system to increase customer satisfaction.
