For two or three years I knew something wasn’t right. The school kept telling me that he was at grade level and that it was okay. But it wasn’t okay, because he would avoid reading. We came [to LearningRx] in September and thy confirmed he had an auditory processing problem. It feels like the pressure is off my shoulders.
My son started LearningRx when he was 16 and my biggest regret in parenting him is that I didn’t find this place sooner! It has completely improved every aspect of his life! From simple things like forgetfulness in daily life tasks, walking into a room and forgetting why you were going in there in the first place. Schoolwork is so much easier as he relearned how to read a different way and learned memory tools and rewired his brain to optimize it.
This is a very good program, and I have learned a lot and I would recommend this to anyone.
My child has grown tremendously in her reading skills resulting in not only better academic performance but also decreased frustration. Most of all my child enjoys reading now when it used to be a fight to even try to get through basic sight words.

We saw significant improvement in our daughter’s reading ability and fluency and know that it was from the work she did during her sessions at LearningRx. Our daughter started LearningRx being unable to read. She could sound out CVC words but was unable to blend the sounds together to say the word. She is now able to sound out many words, blend them together, and even read words without having to sound them out. She is able to read short stories. She used to dislike going to school as she would get frustrated with being unable to do the work. She now enjoys school and has a great attitude about going.
Very attentive to the student’s needs. The program was great and focused on his needs of improvement. My son excelled in all testing after completing.

Our daughter started the ReadRx program in November, mid-pandemic. At the halfway point she was reading at grade level, and reading magazines and chapter books – for fun! Her reading continued to improve…and by the time she finished, we saw huge improvements in her processing speed and ability to recall information. The program is hard work, but worth every bit of effort!
When you see the changes in your child from the beginning to the end, it is very rewarding. Our son was very reluctant at the beginning of training but started to show joy in sharing the activities he was working on. We have seen our son be able to sit for longer periods of time when completing tasks. His attention span has lengthened which has improved his work at school.

Since completing my program, I have seen great improvement in my memory, comprehension, and processing speed. LearningRx made my completion of high school and transition to college a lot smoother. I don’t have to work so hard to understand things anymore. I am able to do things more quickly and also fully understand each step.
The biggest change we saw in him was his ability to listen, focus and pay attention. He is now able to keep himself on task and focused on what he is doing while also listening to those around him. He has been able to listen and not need for it to be repeated, while also retaining what he heard to apply or question it later.
We initially tried a going to a learning/tutoring type center. But when the administer expressed doubts about my child’s ability to comprehend tasks directions and to work independently, I began searching for a program that would aid comprehension. This led to my internet search and in me finding LearningRx. It was a blessing and miracle, very early on, to see my child perform multi-step commands without additional prompts by me. Now, we have seen a true love of writing after practice with the Learning Rx trainer.
This program looks at all aspects of brain work, really focusing on the root functioning, so the improvement will apply to all endeavors. Rich was extremely gifted at explaining the tests and program in a way we could understand.
I am astounded at the results and can’t say enough positive things about LearningRx. This Colorado Springs center makes me and my children feel welcomed each and every time, has excellent and knowledgeable staff, and is well worth every penny! We have two children who are half way through the program and so far we are pleased with the results. The trainers have laid the foundation that will allow our children to excel in the second half of their programs. The improvements my son experienced were undeniable and I think their program is very well done. My son was really struggling with auditory processing issues and he was spiraling at home and school. The big thing for us is responsiveness and taking the time to clearly respond. The director was always accessible, and as accommodating as needed. When we needed to make changes, she also took action. I think there were some unforeseen staffing challenges the director has to respond to, and I thought Vincent didn’t really lose too much of a connection when the changes were made.
My daughter has been coming for two months, and her grades have improved significantly. She really enjoys coming here.

I’m definitely seeing improvements in my child’s overall confidence with school. Reading has improved tremendously as well as spelling and handwriting. Organizational skills are also much improved. Our trainer was absolutely amazing! 6th grade is off to a good start!!
Our adopted daughter struggled in every socially setting and with impulse control. She made so much progress in this program are watching her thrive every day. We were educated and well informed after our daughter’s testing. We were communicated with well about scheduling, sessions and progress. I loved this place because the people that teach it create a fun environment, the games that are incorporated are really fun to play while also learning a lot through them too!
Our son was barely reading in 4th grade and now he is reading confidently and enjoying it. He volunteers to read regularly and there has been a huge change in his attitude as well because he is confident in his reading! If you are on the fence just do it! It’s a lot but so worth it!
Will is now interested in reading on his own — he’s diving into books. It’s great to see him grow in this area, where he was not willing to do before. Will has grown in confidence and his self-esteem and is better able to deal with challenges when he’s faced with time.
My daughter was paired with the perfect coach for her personality, and she grew tremendously where her skills lacked. Amelia’s grades went from C’s, D’s and F’s to A’s and B’s! She’s more confident and doesn’t shy away from reading. Plus, she loves school again.
Our son is almost done with the program and we are very impressed with his progress and accomplishments so far. At home, he would remember what needed to be done after only being asked once, a substantial change from before. Overall, he seems less stressed, overwhelmed, and much more academically confident.
This program has been very beneficial for my daughter and the main reason for that is her trainer Mo. Mo has been able to connect with and be encouraging and supportive in a way that has been amazing.
