This program has really helped him believe in himself when it comes to trying something new or doing something he’s scared to do, or that’s just plain hard. His brain can quickly process the situation and engage in what needs to get done. He doesn’t get as frustrated when doing schoolwork. He’s always had issues with fine motor skills like doing buttons. Brain training has helped with that too, and now he’s able to do his own buttons on his clothes. Everyone could benefit from these services and this program.

I am a 56-year-old retired Executive who was diagnosed 2 years ago with aphasia and a rare dementia. I was determined to fight my diseases. I researched for someone to help me exercise my progressing dying communication part of my brain, not to make it better, but to slow down my regression. This is an evidence-based training that was conducted with the utmost organization and professionalism and resulted in appreciable improvements in my child’s school performance but more importantly, on his well-being. For two or three years I knew something wasn’t right. The school kept telling me that he was at grade level and that it was okay. But it wasn’t okay, because he would avoid reading. My daughter made an incredible amount of growth in her skills while at LearningRx, but even more than that, her confidence is soaring. When we used to go to the library, Piper would come home empty handed. Yesterday she brought home a book with over 300 pages–her confidence is that high. My son is doing so much better in school, he can focus on what needs to be done. Homework and projects would take HOURS for him to finish. Not anymore. He’s able to use time at school more effectively, which helps reduce the amount of homework he has. His focus, verbal comprehension, and auditory processing have improved so much and that was my main expectation of LearningRx.
My boys are about 3 months into their training and they are both starting to notice improvements. They both notice that it is easier to read and focus/understand what they are reading. One of my boys plays sports and he has even noticed a difference while playing. He has noticed he is able to focus on multiple aspects of the game which is something he has always struggled with. I have done Learning RX brain training programs for two of my children. First, my son, who we still continue to see the benefits from. Even though his program was completed more than 3 years ago! Second, my daughter did the lift off program when she was 6 years old. Since I still had my sons’ program materials, we decided I would train my daughter at home. My daughter is making huge improvements! I am once again convinced that I made the right decision investing in this program for my kids.
Before coming to LearningRx, I was on medication for ADD and was having a difficult time concentrating and staying focused on tasks. Just a couple weeks after starting my training, I stopped taking my medication and saw improvements in my daily activities. I am able now to focus on finishing a task once its started. I can remember things much better now as well such as things I need to do or grocery lists. The most significant improvement I have seen is in my attention.
We saw measurable results that would benefit others. He connected with Xander and did a great job of motivating and guiding him through the program. Even when Xander had tough times and struggled, he worked with him to keep going.
