My daughter was really struggling to read. Letter recognition and phonetics were so hard for her to remember. She was also struggling to stay focused for an extended period of time as well. After attending LearningRx for the past few months, we have seen drastic changes. Not only does she now know her letters and sounds. She’s READING! This program has helped her confidence in school. She is able to do seat work with little to no guidance from her teacher.

I highly recommend the Atlanta Buckhead location of LearningRX! My child went through the cognitive training LearningRX program this year. LearningRX gives a pre- and post-test in a number of different areas and, relative to the pre-test, my child’s post-test showed tremendous, quantified improvement in almost every category that was part of the program! My child’s tutor, Christen, was amazing – smart, assertive with giving the right amount of push, adaptive, highly communicative, encouraging and dedicated!
My daughter made an incredible amount of growth in her skills while at LearningRx, but even more than that, her confidence is soaring. When we used to go to the library, Piper would come home empty handed. Yesterday she brought home a book with over 300 pages–her confidence is that high. Development of confidence in learning and perseverance. During the process there was always the concern of preserving confidence and self-esteem while learning and meeting new challenges. The staff were always patient, helpful, and kind.
As a result of the LearningRx training, my daughter is now in a much better place. She approaches her schoolwork with ease and enthusiasm, no longer feeling overwhelmed or anxious. She has developed patience with herself and her school tasks within the school environment. She’s no longer so hard on herself when she faces challenges.
My son has gained much more confidence and focus while taking this course. He is more organized and willing to take on challenges knowing he can use the skills learned in Rx to work through any problem. He was not comfortable taking ADHD medicine prior to Rx and now we feel he may never need it!

Eventually, I started to enjoy coming in and started to see improvements myself. Throughout the program, I felt like my spelling got better and many other things. Most of the trainers were very nice. Although training was 1.5 hours long, it felt like it flew by because not only are the drills effective, but they are also fun and challenging. Working with Dr. Jackson and the staff at LearningRx has helped me understand where my 13-year-old son has struggles. His pretest showed that his auditory processing was around 6 years of age. The post test showed a significant 10-year gain which has resulted in less frustration when given tasks to complete. His visual, logic-reasoning and processing speed increased. LearningRx is an incredible learning facility! When I first enrolled my niece, she struggled with reading and comprehension. It was incredibly hard to keep her focused. We feared that she may have to repeat 2nd grade but after the patience and guidance of her trainer, Mr. Phil, she ended the school year with Honor Roll and a ticket to 3rd grade!
