I recommend this program for parents who has a child with ADHD. This program helped my daughter to block out distractions, to really use her brain of figuring things out, and she completes her homework faster without being reminded to do her homework. The program is also great for adults.
They gave my daughter coping skills for her ADHD, and improved her quality of life by showing her how to focus, listen, and learn. My daughter can focus in school, her grades improved, she listens well at home. She can get multiple instructions in a row and follow them all. She is more confident and handles overstimulating situations better.

Our daughter has enjoyed LearningRx and went from struggling to finish assignments to completing them and doing them correctly. She never wanted to read on her own without prompting and now will pick up books by herself to read. She said this is her best school year so far which is a huge change from the previous years. She is able to remember what is being told to her without having to repeatedly tell her.
I can’t put into words how absolutely grateful I am for Kathi and Doug sincerely. I sustained several injuries including a closed-head injury when a nail gun fell off of a roof and hit me directly on the head…I started with an initial 18-week program and could see the impact. So much so I extended the contract – I am currently over a year now as a client and I couldn’t have asked for a better brain trainer. I highly recommend for anyone recovering from injuries similar to mine.
Since coming to LearningRx, our daughter has gained confidence and independence. While doing homework or practice worksheets, she used to fight to avoid the work and now eagerly sits down to work on things. Since LearningRx started with our daughter, we have gone from her being below national standards to now being on track. Carol, her LearningRx teacher has been amazing with our daughter – keeping her on-task and when our daughter is not focusing, she has immediately been able to redirect her and get her back on track.

Ethan grew a lot over the 6 months with the program at home and more so in school. Ethan started his 6th grade year at a 4th grade level and ended the year right at 6th grade level. This is a huge jump!

When we brought our six year old son to Learning Rx he was in special ed for reading and math. He was spending more time in the principle’s office than in his classroom. He is now in regular class for both reading and math. He has not gone to the principle’s office this school year. When asked why he liked Learning Rx he stated that it helped his brain think like all the other kids. We highly recommend this program. The cost and the time spent is well worth the return.
My brain is doing so much better (after 3 major strokes) doing this program online 3 sessions/week. It’s challenging, but my trainer is terrific.
Our son has made many academic gains over the year and a half attending LearningRx. Our son has gained confidence and has a better outlook on school. His grades have improved and his teacher has seen growth in all academic areas.
Daniel had difficulty learning material and was not getting the support he needed in the school system. After he trained his attention, memory, comprehension and more got better. Our 10-year-old son’s life is on a GREAT trajectory thanks to his brain being “re-wired” by the LearningRx program! I am a family nurse practitioner, and I can say their system is unlike any other. My son had a TBI (due to an AVM) at the age of 19. We were told about LearningRx and that they were very successful with TBI patients. We attended for 8 months. It was not an easy journey for him, but with his trainer, Will, Dargan and the staff at LearningRX he might not have possibly accomplished what he has done in the past 10 years. Since then he has graduated with an Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, assistant coach/head coach of his middle school since 2014. Happily married, two beautiful boys, and just passed his physical trainer test.
For two or three years I knew something wasn’t right. The school kept telling me that he was at grade level and that it was okay. But it wasn’t okay, because he would avoid reading. We came [to LearningRx] in September and thy confirmed he had an auditory processing problem. It feels like the pressure is off my shoulders.

My daughter and son in-law needed to find a way to get their daughter some help with reading. They spoke with a few friends that had children that attended LearningRx with great success. My child is more confident in herself and school. She is not avoiding reading, she knows that she is capable and wants to continue to improve. She can focus easier and when she is told homework needs to get done, she gets it done. She is not running to use the bathroom as an excuse to avoid schoolwork.
Personalized approach to meet individual child’s needs. Great results with program. Director, Molly, was a big advocate for us when dealing with the school system and getting him resources he needed. More confident, less resistant to homework, willingness to try new things. Overall better attitude towards learning.

Working with Dr. Jackson and the staff at LearningRx has helped me understand where my 13-year-old son has struggles. His pretest showed that his auditory processing was around 6 years of age.
