It was not a one size fits all program. The tested progress along the way, made necessary adjustment to ensure progress was happening. The director was always available if we needed anything, answered all our questions and make sure we were comfortable before we started, during the training and following graduation.

Very attentive to the student’s needs. The program was great and focused on his needs of improvement. My son excelled in all testing after completing.
For two or three years I knew something wasn’t right. The school kept telling me that he was at grade level and that it was okay. But it wasn’t okay, because he would avoid reading. We came [to LearningRx] in September and thy confirmed he had an auditory processing problem. It feels like the pressure is off my shoulders.

We reached out to LearningRX when our son was about to enter the fifth grade. There had been many struggles through traditional public school with reading and keeping up with math facts and focus in general…when we went to LearningRX they helped us understand that it was a processing skill that was needing to be relearned. We have been with LearningRX for several months now and have seen a lot of change in our son with confidence to face new things.
Learning Rx is more than we hoped for! My son has many learning delays and is partially deaf, and how Ashley has worked with him to get him to process information over the past 6 months is truly an answer to all of our years of trying to help him. The process is consistent and we have seen real results, cannot say enough positive things about cognitive brain training and what Learning Rx has provided for our son.
Our daughter has ADHD and on meds that were helpful but she kept running into the same roadblocks academically: poor organization, not completing tasks, avoiding work…So I searched for help and found Learning RX. The training was slow going but improved steadily and I was noticing an improvement in her grades and her confidence. One year later she only made 1 C and is setting goals for her grades. She has far surpassed our expectations with training and we feel it is directly due to the training at Learning RX.
I saw a tremendous increase in my daughter’s confidence! She was always there to help, offer additional resources and even do some trainings. She was a huge advocate for my daughter!
Dargan and his colleagues, Ashley and Gray, are AMAZING brain trainers. They are so patient, kind and caring and those are the necessary ingredients to challenge an older brain like mine (55 years) to grow and improve. The program trainers worked hard to challenge Deacon in such a way to have optimal growth in reading and comprehension. The center and brain training activities were engaging and kept Deacon in a place of wanting to continue with things that are very hard for him. He was cared for and he could tell he was liked and being championed each time he had a session. Deacon now has more confidence in reading.
At home, he would remember what needed to be done after only being asked once, a substantial change from before. Overall, he seems less stressed, overwhelmed, and much more academically confident.
My daughter’s confidence level in math skills and reading has increased since training at Learning Rx and has in turn boosted her self-esteem significantly as well. Personalized approach to meet individual child’s needs. Great results with program. Director, Molly, was a big advocate for us when dealing with the school system and getting him resources he needed. More confident, less resistant to homework, willingness to try new things. Overall better attitude towards learning.

LearningRx introduced me to the term “neuroplasticity,” and I have seen its effects in both of my sons…Not only did their grades improve at the time, but in the years since then, they have continued to benefit from the skills they developed from their LearningRx training. The improved ability to focus is one such skill…My other son benefitted especially in the area of math skills, and he is still able to mentally perform math calculations with amazing speed.

As someone who’s had my fair share of bike crashes and TBIs, I can’t emphasize enough how important brain training is. I’ve had the pleasure of hearing Kathi speak to several groups I’m involved with, and she truly knows her stuff when it comes to the brain. If you’re looking to improve memory, focus, or recover from a TBI, you won’t find a more knowledgeable or supportive team out there.
A year ago, my daughter was in tears almost every day regarding her math assignments. Now, although she still needs to work at math, there are no tears, and she has an increased level of confidence that she CAN do it.

I was a student at LearningRx 4.5 years ago in high school and now work in Atlanta full time. I often look back and thank LearningRX for helping me further develop the skills I needed to continuously grow academically and professionally. Because of their very hands-on approach and true passion for helping their students, I would 100% recommend their programs.
Having ADHD and PTSD, I was on medication and did not like the side effects. The ability to retrain my brain and gain new skills is amazing.
His ability to listen and follow through the first time has improved. He doesn’t need to study as long for tests and quizzes. His focus is better. His reading and comprehension have improved.

The performance of the directors was incredibly supportive and very family oriented. Working with both of them to support our child was a privilege and honour. My son has gained much more confidence and focus while taking this course. He is more organized and willing to take on challenges knowing he can use the skills learned in Rx to work through any problem. He was not comfortable taking ADHD medicine prior to Rx and now we feel he may never need it!

The program was an excellent experience for Kai. He made a lot of progress in spite of his resistance at times. We are seeing his improvements in his schoolwork, less Cs and more As and Bs. His piano teacher can see the changes in his focus and progress with learning his material.
Kai would not be as far along without this program. They worked hard to meet him where he was and knew when to push him to achieve better results.
Highly recommend LearningRx! As someone who was in college struggling with college algebra, LearningRx really helped me out with learning it in a simpler way than any teacher could’ve done.
During and after training we have seen a lot of great improvements in my son. There was a big leap in maturity and ability to think reasonably and logically about situations and problems. Micah’s ability to learn without ‘freezing’ is the biggest improvement. Micah’s abilities to spell, write, read, follow instruction have all drastically improved. Micah’s confidence has improved. His excitement of learning has skyrocketed.
LearningRx gave me confidence and essential processing skills I needed for the future. I saw that when I worked at it, I could pass any level given to me, even if it seemed difficult at first. At school I began to finish tests more quickly and some homework assignments that I had were done faster than I thought they would take.
