This is an evidence-based training that was conducted with the utmost organization and professionalism and resulted in appreciable improvements in my child’s school performance but more importantly, on his well-being. This was money well invested. I had contact with four different staff members, all very knowledgeable and professional. My child’s trainer was fantastic. Her commitment to my child’s improvement was evident.
Fantastic staff and program. Really helped my child on her ability to do schoolwork. This year she has been spending about half as much time on assignments and her memorization is largely improved.

I started LearningRx knowing what it can do having been a past trainee and was specific about developing my short term and long-term memory and ability to process information faster. I graduated with a very noticeably improved mind. I can read my bank routing and remember it now. I recall people’s names, and I can hear a joke and remember it 4 hours later. I used to struggle with groups of information and now I can process it and make it work for me!
My son had a TBI (due to an AVM) at the age of 19. We were told about LearningRx and that they were very successful with TBI patients. We attended for 8 months. It was not an easy journey for him, but with his trainer, Will, Dargan and the staff at LearningRX he might not have possibly accomplished what he has done in the past 10 years. Since then he has graduated with an Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, assistant coach/head coach of his middle school since 2014. Happily married, two beautiful boys, and just passed his physical trainer test.

Our son came into the program while in grade 1 with significant anxiety when it came to his class performance. This was most striking when it came to reading. There were concerns with ADHD and possibly dyslexia. He is listening better and his reading has taken huge strides forward. You can see how this has improved his confidence.

I can’t put into words how absolutely grateful I am for Kathi and Doug sincerely. I sustained several injuries including a closed-head injury when a nail gun fell off of a roof and hit me directly on the head…I started with an initial 18-week program and could see the impact. So much so I extended the contract – I am currently over a year now as a client and I couldn’t have asked for a better brain trainer. Before starting this program, I struggled with auditory processing, which often made communication and focus more challenging. Now, not only has my auditory processing improved dramatically, but my productivity has skyrocketed, my memory is sharper, and my overall cognitive abilities have reached new heights.
For us it’s not about improving his grade so much as his toolbox to be independent and in control of his studies and being inspired to do his best. Christen is such a wonderful guide for him – funny, motivating and kind. She has figured out his personality and designs the program to suit him. He willingly tears himself from his video games to come to class which is no small thing. We are really happy we found LearningRx and find it worth every penny.
LearningRx was instrumental in helping my son build skills to cope with ADHD. The trainer and the staff care about the child and that is extremely important for the success of any training program. For two or three years I knew something wasn’t right. The school kept telling me that he was at grade level and that it was okay. But it wasn’t okay, because he would avoid reading. We came [to LearningRx] in September and thy confirmed he had an auditory processing problem. It feels like the pressure is off my shoulders.
Our son has increased his attention for a longer period of time in the classroom and is a more active participant during classroom discussions. Our son shows more willingness to read at home. He enjoyed coming to the session, working with his trainer and feeling comfortable in the learning environment. The directors and trainer were supportive of his learning.

We reached out to LearningRX when our son was about to enter the fifth grade. There had been many struggles through traditional public school with reading and keeping up with math facts and focus in general…when we went to LearningRX they helped us understand that it was a processing skill that was needing to be relearned. This program has been incredible for both our daughters. Ryleigh is more confident in reading. She has a better understanding of word meanings and can work at a much quicker speed. She is able to transition between tasks much quicker.
I was very pleased that my son was able to pay attention better this first term of school. The staff and director were always friendly and willing to share their experience for other things that could help carry over to school and home.
Our daughter just finished her 80th session and we believe it has improved her focus and confidence tremendously. While debating if we should check it out, we thought we’d rather give it a try instead of continuing to struggle and wonder if we made a mistake by not going or going too late. Now that we are through the sessions, we can say it was worth the time and financial commitment.
We started learningRX during the beginning of the pandemic and it really helped my son stay focused during a time of chaos. My son really connects with his instructor, Austin. I highly recommend him if you have a little boy with lots of energy. Austin always makes the sessions fun!
The program trainers worked hard to challenge Deacon in such a way to have optimal growth in reading and comprehension. The center and brain training activities were engaging and kept Deacon in a place of wanting to continue with things that are very hard for him. He was cared for and he could tell he was liked and being championed each time he had a session. Deacon now has more confidence in reading.
What an amazing experience! Our child (8) with ADHD and likely dyslexia had difficulty picking up reading/spelling/language before this program. He is now on track for his age and grade for reading but his memory, focus, and brain stamina have all exponentially expanded. Would highly recommend.
This program made a huge difference in my son’s cognitive skills! In pre-assessment, he scored well below average in 7 out of 9 skills. By the end of the program, he scored average to well above average in 7 of the 10 skills, while still showing huge growth in the two lower scoring skills. After first grade she had continued to fall behind. School work overwhelmed her and was often brought home to be completed along with her assigned homework. It took her hours to do everything even with help and she was frustrated every evening. Then we had her tested at LearningRx. At the beginning of 5th grade. She has completed the Read program. Her dyslexia always made reading difficult for her, although she loved to be read to and had great comprehension skills when she listened to this story.
My daughter, Eden, has improved in almost every area possible. Her reading, and willingness to try to sound out things is amazing.
