Sruthi Rayasam, owner of LearningRx Indianapolis NE

Sruthi Rayasam

Owner

I am a technology enthusiast with a deep passion for business, innovation, and helping people reach their fullest potential. Owning LearningRx has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life—not just as a business owner, but as someone who genuinely believes in transforming lives through cognitive training.

There is nothing more fulfilling than watching a child walk out our doors with stronger cognitive skills, and a trained brain ready to succeed academically and personally. Every success story fuels my passion and reinforces my mission to help students and families unlock abilities they never thought possible.

As a goal-oriented leader, I am committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where every individual feels empowered to grow. I strongly believe that with the right brain training, support, and mindset, every child has the potential to thrive. My vision for LearningRx is not only to strengthen cognitive skills, but also to inspire, lifelong learning, and brighter futures for every family we serve.

Heather Koenig Owner & Director of LearningRx Indianapolis NE

Heather Koenig

Director

Heather Koenig holds a degree in Cardiovascular Medicine and has worked in Cardiac and Vascular Medicine since 1995, including extensive experience working with patients recovering from stroke and traumatic brain injury. After becoming a mother, Heather stepped away from full-time cardiovascular medicine to homeschool her three daughters and devote herself to her family.

In 2011, Heather’s daughter Alexandra, one of her twins, began struggling significantly with learning. After completing one-on-one brain training at LearningRx, Alexandra experienced a remarkable transformation in her ability to learn, remember, and process information. That experience changed not only Alexandra’s life, but Heather’s as well.

In 2014, Heather became the owner of LearningRx in Indiana, turning her daughter’s life-changing experience into a mission to help other children and families. Over the past decade, she has had the privilege of helping Indiana’s children, adults, and families discover new possibilities through cognitive training.

As of March, 2026, Heather continues that mission as Director of LearningRx under the ownership of Sruthi Rayasam. Her passion comes from firsthand experience—she has seen what happens when a struggling learner finally understands that the problem isn’t a lack of effort, but that their brain may need to be trained differently.

Annie, Director of Training at Indianapolis NE

Annie Atkinson

Director of Training

I joined LearningRx in 2016 as a Brain Trainer and transitioned into the Director of Training role in 2020. As a former teacher, I was drawn to LearningRx’s mission of helping students strengthen the skills they need to learn with greater confidence and success. I am passionate about supporting learners of all ages as they grow, change, and reach new goals. Before joining LearningRx, I taught in elementary and preschool classrooms, homeschooled my children, and taught composition and literature in private settings. My work at LearningRx has allowed me to combine my background in education with my desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

I grew up near Muncie, Indiana, and attended Indiana University in Bloomington before settling in Hamilton County. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two grown sons and three young grandchildren, as well as reading, scrapbooking, walking, and working on jigsaw puzzles.
