Angie graduated from Utah State University with a BS in psychology. As part of a military family as a child, Angie has lived in many places, but has called Arizona home for the last eleven years. She enjoys puzzles, trivia games and learning new things. She has enjoyed watching her students’ confidence grow as they do their LearningRx activities. 

Celia (Mrs. T) has master’s degrees in Secondary Education and Educational Administration, along with over forty years of teaching and administrative experience in secondary and post-secondary education.  She believes that the key to helping people is to provide them with the opportunity to help themselves through active participation in research-based exercises that will improve their cognitive skills. She appreciates the quality and value of the program at Learning Rx because she has seen first-hand the positive impact it has on each client’s performance and self-confidence.  

Celia grew up in Missouri where she started her career in education but also lived in three different countries, working in American international schools.  She continued her teaching and administrative career in Arizona before joining Learning Rx in 2022.  She has two grown children and a husband, who is also an educator.  Celia enjoys, cooking traveling and attempting to learn Spanish and Italian.

Kim Enea is our Brand Marketing Assistant. She brings energy, creativity, and heart to sharing the center’s mission. She loves connecting with local businesses, physicians, and educators to spread awareness, build partnerships, and create opportunities that positively impact children’s lives.

Driven by a strong belief in the power of education, Kim sees learning as a pathway to endless possibilities. As a proud mom of three well-adapted, highly educated young adult children, she brings both passion and real-world perspective to her work, helping the center grow its reach and strengthen its community impact.
