Learning Struggles: One Family’s Story

Maddie struggled in school for years. Her parents Merrily and Randy Brown say they tried several programs and years of tutoring to help their daughter, but not avail, everyday ended with tears and aggravation. Tutoring merely reteaches content that was missed or was not understood, it just wasn’t doing the trick. She was barely passing her classes, lacked confidence, and didn’t have many friends. Maddie’s parents were looking for signs of hyperactivity that the doctor told them to look for, but they were off track and were desperate for change.
