I recently took an assessment at LearningRx along with my son, and I was very impressed with the entire experience. The staff was professional, welcoming, and explained everything clearly. The environment was clean, organized, and made us feel comfortable from the start. My 15-year-old son has now started brain training sessions, and we’re already seeing how engaged and motivated he is. The reason why I could succeed was that I was on ADHD medication, but the medication made me extremely depressed and enraged all of the time. When I stopped taking it, I was filled with great joy because of my newfound freedom. But something was still wrong. Without the medication, I forgot the first part of the sentence by the end of the second part of the sentence. My imagination never turned off, and despite going to school an hour early and tutoring for an hour after school, I barely passed with Cs. Then I enrolled in LearningRx. Within three months, I was on fire. I could concentrate, handle awkward social situations, find motivation, put my creative ideas in paper. I attacked school with newfound strength. Last year I was the slowest kid in the class, but this year I am one of the fastest and smartest.

My daughter has struggled with school since kindergarten. She ended up having ADHD and Dyslexia. I was and still am in awe, in 9 months my daughter has grown tremendously. When you see the changes in your child from the beginning to the end, it is very rewarding. Our son was very reluctant at the beginning of training but started to show joy in sharing the activities he was working on. We have seen our son be able to sit for longer periods of time when completing tasks. His attention span has lengthened which has improved his work at school.

Gaining confidence and seeing the possibilities and benefits of learning even if you struggle.
We have noticed that homework is being done faster and even being started on his own. He has less negative talk and less time lost through behavioral issues at school as a result of not understanding the material. He has confidence for the first time in his life and truly believes he can do things that are hard and trusts himself.
Will is now interested in reading on his own — he’s diving into books. It’s great to see him grow in this area, where he was not willing to do before. Will has grown in confidence and his self-esteem and is better able to deal with challenges when he’s faced with time.
We are so happy with our daughters’ results, truly life changing for her!

The improvement in his overall willingness to work on academics has been wonderful. I am a big fan! He has learned to keep trying, mistakes or wrong answers are okay. He no longer gets as frustrated or upset with wrong answers.
The staff, program, and results that we have seen throughout the whole process for Jacquelyn has been a great experience! We are already seeing her confidence being boosted after a few weeks. My daughter has more fluency and confidence now when she reads, but most of all, she is reading! I suffered a traumatic brain injury and due to this I was struggling in school, at home, with daily tasks, and socially. The confidence he has gained, even during the difficult parts. Everybody is always so positive and uplifting. He is better at sticking to the difficult parts and can himself see his own improvements.
