This program has changed the course of the way this child will learn for a lifetime. This is not a band aid program. It doesn’t just cover underlying problems with your learning capabilities. This is a lifelong tool to success. My daughter (8 yo) has ADHD and auditory processing working against her, and we saw the impact that it was having on her ability to focus, memorize, read and spell. Fast forward in time, 100 hours of LearningRx completed, (signing on for 40 more because we can’t get enough) and my child is reading at her grade level, she is excited about school, she is passing tests, her focus is better, her memory is better! I will always consider this the best gift I could give my daughter.
Our son can focus more, and his writing in school has greatly improved from when he started. Now he writes stories with complex ideas, and it blows me away.

My child went from being nonverbal to being a little girl who is communicating AND reading! Naomi was a little girl who would cry instead of telling me what was wrong. She had been learning her alphabet but could not recognize a single letter in the alphabet. After training, Naomi now has conversations with others, and she is excelling in school. We love LearningRx!
Before we started the program, my son was struggling to read. I had run out of resources to help him and he was feeling so poorly about himself and doubted his ability. He not only reads fluently but understands his reading skills and his confidence has improved greatly!
We’ve noticed an increase in confidence in himself. He seems to trust his abilities more than he used to. He is able to listen to directions better and seems more able to hear them. He is more excited about school and learning. LearningRx has been a great experience for him!
I can comprehend what I read better, and my writing skills have generally improved (whether it is more reflective or academic writing). I have also noticed improvements in my overall memory. The activities completed each session were very helpful in my improvement.
Shannon and Sofia did a spectacular job of encouraging and training a kid who has already significantly struggled in school and was very reluctant to engage in learning to open up out of her shell. They did an amazing job! To be fair, this is not an inexpensive tutoring service, but there is the potential for great improvement for kids who may have struggled with other academic support programs.
At home, he would remember what needed to be done after only being asked once, a substantial change from before. Overall, he seems less stressed, overwhelmed, and much more academically confident.
My son was struggling with his grades and overall understanding of what he was learning at school. We tried a few tutoring programs, but we knew immediately that just a rote learning wouldn’t make long lasting changes and it’s something we can do at home too. After the first assessment at LearningRx, we knew that was what we were looking for. Shortly after we started the program, we saw a big jump in his attitude towards learning. He was motivated, willing to try over and over again and much more acceptant of what he was lacking.
I am a medical doctor and like to refer to LearningRx to get to the root causes of learning struggles. We have seen a lot of improvement in reading! Our daughter has met the benchmark so we decided to add extra hours to get her a little further. Our daughter pushed back a bit but her trainers were able to help her get over that phase.
They have been easy to work with and have been accommodating with schedule changes. The issues being addressed concerning our son are showing signs of improvement.

LearningRx has been incredible for our son. He was struggling in math, memorizing information for tests, and struggling to pay attention in class. He was getting distracted really easily by other students and noises in the classroom and it hindered his ability to stay on task. When you see the changes in your child from the beginning to the end, it is very rewarding. I was one overwhelmed parent after being told my daughter was suspected as having dyslexia by her school, which followed up with “we won’t be able to get her where she needs to be in reading”, essentially. When my son first started his cognitive training at LearningRx in February 2024, his speech and conversation reciprocity was very limited. Memory recall was an extreme challenge for him and his ability to reason and think things through were difficult tasks. Olivia, his trainer, is simply amazing! She was able to build a wonderful rapport with my son which is not easy given his challenges due to Autism. He has had many different therapists over the past 10 years, and no one has been able to reach him and teach him like Olivia has done.
Working with Dr. Jackson and the staff at LearningRx has helped me understand where my 13-year-old son has struggles. His pretest showed that his auditory processing was around 6 years of age. The post test showed a significant 10-year gain which has resulted in less frustration when given tasks to complete. His visual, logic-reasoning and processing speed increased. My son has Aspergers and was really hard for him to tell me what happen at school or tell me anything. In the second month I started to notice he was talking more, my sister noticed the same and even one teacher told me this boy is different he is talking way more. This is the main progress that I appreciate about this program, he gained more confidence too.
