Our son came into the program while in grade 1 with significant anxiety when it came to his class performance. This was most striking when it came to reading. There were concerns with ADHD and possibly dyslexia. He is listening better and his reading has taken huge strides forward. You can see how this has improved his confidence.
Our son can focus more, and his writing in school has greatly improved from when he started. Now he writes stories with complex ideas, and it blows me away.
The program trainers worked hard to challenge Deacon in such a way to have optimal growth in reading and comprehension. The center and brain training activities were engaging and kept Deacon in a place of wanting to continue with things that are very hard for him. He was cared for and he could tell he was liked and being championed each time he had a session. Deacon now has more confidence in reading.
We’ve noticed an increase in confidence in himself. He seems to trust his abilities more than he used to. He is able to listen to directions better and seems more able to hear them. He is more excited about school and learning. LearningRx has been a great experience for him!

After doing so much research and not seeing any hope to help my son, I stumbled across LearningRx. We were skeptical but really put our faith in Gina and the program. Over the past 8 months, my son’s grades have increased, he’s a better student, and his confidence level has increased. LearningRx is an incredible learning facility! When I first enrolled my niece, she struggled with reading and comprehension. It was incredibly hard to keep her focused. We feared that she may have to repeat 2nd grade but after the patience and guidance of her trainer, Mr. Phil, she ended the school year with Honor Roll and a ticket to 3rd grade! I had a consultation with LearningRX to assess my memory and logical thinking. The system that LearningRX uses to assess and strengthen your weaknesses is very innovative and I felt like it gave me great insights on how I can improve.
The staff here is AMAZING. They are professional, experts in their field, & care about their students. Our child has greatly disliked reading & struggles meeting school standards. After starting LearningRx she has begun reading a chapter book for her free time & has fallen in love with reading! This is a huge win for her! Very helpful for children with learning differences. My son has gained confidence with his math skills and is actually proud of his work he brings home from school. He has not only gained academic confidence but also has gained a lot of confidence in his social life as well. He is not as reserved and shy and continues to be more happy all around. I know that Riley still needs work with his attention and focus. However, I have seen improvement in these areas that has helped his schoolwork. I’ve seen that he’s been a bit quicker to solve a problem and remember what he was doing. These are the biggest areas I’ve seen. Another plus has been that he’ll sit and focus for a longer period of time.
The changes my husband and I have seen in our daughter are so life changing for her. She is ready for kindergarten and ready for the rest of her life. Our daughter has much better impulse control and ability to adapt to a new challenging situation. When she is presented with a new task or learning skill that she finds challenging she does not shut down, during the time of the training she has transformed to be able to accept the challenge and process how she will conquer the challenge.
From our first conversations with LearningRx staff, the assessment process, starting our training schedule to now where we have established a routine, we have felt well informed and cared for by the staff. We receive frequent progress check ins and can observe training sessions anytime we like. The LearningRx staff do a great job with the range of diverse learners and seem to find ways to keep them all engaged. We would definitely recommend the Shoreview location to any family who does not know where to turn next to support their child’s educational roadblocks.
My daughter shows a dramatic improvement in reading comprehension, memory, concentration, and confidence. She takes initiative to read for fun now. Her memory is also significantly improved. She’s more confident reading, writing, and crunching numbers. And she’s happier and more confident and I don’t know what better metric I personally need as a father.

Our son made some incredible improvements in the areas he was lacking before brain training. He looked forward to going and made noticeable jumps in reading and became more confident in other school subjects. We couldn’t thank the team at LearningRx enough! My oldest has ADHD and he was facing some pretty serious learning struggles. LearningRx has helped my son overcome some of these struggles. Dargan went into an in-depth dive into my son’s brain and how his brain works. I was in tears (good tears) when I saw his results. We finally had answers, and a new doorway opened up for us. The biggest change we saw in him was his ability to listen, focus and pay attention. He is now able to keep himself on task and focused on what he is doing while also listening to those around him. He has been able to listen and not need for it to be repeated, while also retaining what he heard to apply or question it later.
My child was struggling so much with reading in school and at home. She had one-on-one help through the school for a full school year but was still significantly below grade level. Her frustration began to build with tests taking almost 3x longer for her to complete when compared to her peers. She started to dislike going to school because it was too difficult. LearningRx has helped push my 2 very genius girls to the next level by helping us understand how to continue to develop our already advanced children. I can’t possibly say enough about LearningRx Columbus. They have been absolutely amazing with my son. He struggles with memory and overall processing information. He isn’t done with the program and I am already seeing such a huge difference. What’s also amazing is that he likes it. He does the program over zoom twice a week.
The staff was the best. They were always helpful, caring and engaging. We have seen sustained focus during homework and better memory to assist with multi step math problems.
She had taken and excelled in college-level science and math courses in 8th grade, but struggled to remember and apply a lot of the basic math she had learned. Desmond has been known in school for his high intelligence and ability to catch on to concepts and even help his peers understand. Yet, even from a young age he was sometimes labeled as “defiant” or “lazy” because he would forget to put away a chair, or turn in his homework, or even remember to write down he had homework. LearningRx has been an answer to prayer. Desmond has had improvement in memory, articulation, processing, being able to hurry, being less overwhelmed. LearningRx Eden Prairie outperformed our expectations! I was honestly a bit skeptical about it at first but going in talking to Baird understanding how they approached things all made sense.
