My son has been coming to LearningRx for a few months and when he started, he was reading 1.5 AR books now he is reading 3.7 AR books. I can’t thank the teacher and program director enough for all the help with my son. We are super happy can’t wait for him to finish his program.
This program has really helped him believe in himself when it comes to trying something new or doing something he’s scared to do, or that’s just plain hard. His brain can quickly process the situation and engage in what needs to get done. He doesn’t get as frustrated when doing schoolwork. He’s always had issues with fine motor skills like doing buttons. Brain training has helped with that too, and now he’s able to do his own buttons on his clothes. Everyone could benefit from these services and this program.
Last year, Kayla had a tough time concentrating, being organized, and completing tasks set for her. She was struggling in school and had low self-esteem. LearningRx is the only effective tutoring method, and both my kids have made huge improvements. I have noticed a big change in my son’s reading; he is on an IEP and wasn’t making much progress, even though the district is taking credit and saying he is making progress with his current IEP, he lacked intervention from the district. I still believed that without outside support, he would not make any improvement.

Reading level has gone up. I have also noticed a huge improvement in Holden’s vocabulary. He still takes a while to process things but his ability to process thoughts has significantly improved.

Very helpful for children with learning differences. My son has gained confidence with his math skills and is actually proud of his work he brings home from school. He has not only gained academic confidence but also has gained a lot of confidence in his social life as well. He is not as reserved and shy and continues to be more happy all around. He has blossomed and is now finding the positives in all aspects of schooling and is happy to go now!
LearningRx has done SO much to help my child. They worked with him on his level and made accommodations when needed to help him be successful in their program. My son’s reading scores have raised several levels since completing his brain training course. His main takeaway was he is a lot less reactive and impulsive in his behavior. This was my main reasoning for trying out this program. He slows down and thinks about things before reacting to things and that has been a HUGE win for us!
The positive changes we have seen in our daughter showed us how valuable and effective the program is! Our daughter just finished her 80th session and we believe it has improved her focus and confidence tremendously. Homework was a nightly battle—three hours of stress, tears, and very little progress. Then we found LearningRx. We went in for the evaluation, and for the first time, we saw a new approach—one that focused on how the brain learns, not just what to learn. That summer, Rosa started the program. At first, it wasn’t easy getting her there, but the team made it fun and engaging. Pretty soon, she was the one reminding me it was time to go. She finished the program, got her picture on the wall, and something just clicked.
Ethan grew a lot over the 6 months with the program at home and more so in school. Ethan started his 6th grade year at a 4th grade level and ended the year right at 6th grade level. This is a huge jump!

I am a medical doctor and like to refer to LearningRx to get to the root causes of learning struggles. We have seen a lot of improvement in reading! Our daughter has met the benchmark so we decided to add extra hours to get her a little further. Our daughter pushed back a bit but her trainers were able to help her get over that phase.
His trainer was fantastic and they were very flexible with scheduling. He can do math so much faster and easier. He listens and follows directions better and is able to stay on task with fewer reminders.
I am so thankful for the experience that my son had at LearningRx. After a rigorous 1:1 mental training program for ten months straight of 2x a week, we have witnessed our son’s significant improvement not only in school and classroom behaviors but also in daily life that he becomes more organized.

Her number sense has improved dramatically. My son is on the spectrum and doesn’t do well with classroom learning and the environment here has been great for him. If you have a struggling learner and/or reader, I HIGHLY recommend brain training. The more I have learned about tutoring vs brain training, the more I wish I had gotten him here sooner.
