Our Brain Training Center Targets Your Weak Skills
Many people struggle with math, but if you feel these struggles are holding you or your child back from performing well at school or work, brain training may be beneficial. At LearningRx®, we have worked with clients with dyscalculia and math struggles. Dyscalculia is a difficulty in learning arithmetic, understanding numbers, and performing calculations. Our programs have helped clients with similar difficulties achieve more.
Our brain training center works with adults and children who experience math struggles and gives them the tools and encouraging push they need to break through learning barriers. Many parents aren’t aware that there are programs that can improve cognitive abilities and address the root cause of their struggles. Our Brain Skills Assessment will reveal the “why” behind these difficulties by identifying the weak cognitive skills that need to be strengthened. Clients will work one-on-one with their own trainer, who will customize a program that fits their particular needs.
Brain Training Goes Beyond Math Tutoring
Many parents believe that when their child is struggling with math, they simply need a tutor to further explain the curriculum. Though tutoring can be very beneficial in some instances, it doesn’t always help the root cause of the problem. If a tutor teaches and reteaches information over and over again, students can get quite frustrated if they don’t grasp it. Our programs improve the skills your child uses and needs in order to excel in math.
Our MathRx® Program
Our brain trainers will ultimately decide which programs will be best for each student, but for those dealing with dyscalculia or math difficulties, our MathRx® program will give them the push they need to confidently face their struggles.
This LearningRx program will help improve the core cognitive components of efficient math performance, including:
