My daughter has more fluency and confidence now when she reads, but most of all, she is reading! She totes several books in her bookbag to and from school to read during down-time at school and at home. Reading is no longer seen as a chore and there is no longer the same struggle we had before starting this program.

The director is very down to earth and reasonable. He cares about the students and is always ready to listen to the concerns of the parents. He is someone I can trust with my child. I recommend this program very highly for any child or young adult who may be struggling in any area.

My boys are about 3 months into their training and they are both starting to notice improvements. They both notice that it is easier to read and focus/understand what they are reading. From day 1 to the last day training, Trenton’s ability to comprehend and retain any material that’s presented to him has greatly improved and has translated into better grades on his report card. As someone who’s had my fair share of bike crashes and TBIs, I can’t emphasize enough how important brain training is. I’ve had the pleasure of hearing Kathi speak to several groups I’m involved with, and she truly knows her stuff when it comes to the brain. If you’re looking to improve memory, focus, or recover from a TBI, you won’t find a more knowledgeable or supportive team out there.
The staff are incredible. Didi has improved in her basic reading and problem-solving skills as well as her ability to focus. We appreciate all the center has done to help our girl succeed.

Hearing the news that your daughter has dyslexia is quite frightening. As a parent all you see is your bright, beautiful, and perfect little girl. Your first thought is fear, but then you want to help. Reaching out to LearningRx was the best academic decision we could have ever made for her. They have the sweetest staff, and we were blessed with the best trainer. She has truly transformed my daughter to a reader. Her confidence level when reading has tripled. Deciding to proceed with LearningRx turned out to be an excellent choice. By the spring of first grade, Mason showed significant improvements in sitting still, focusing, and remembering tasks, confirmed both at school and home. I was on the verge of dropping out of college till my mom enrolled me in Learning RX, and thank the Lord she did. I have a learning disability so I have always struggled in school but as I got older and older school got harder and harder. Chel has helped me and my brain. She is very patient, understanding, and flexible when scheduling my sessions. I’ve noticed an improvement in my brain function which has helped me in school.
When we brought our six year old son to Learning Rx he was in special ed for reading and math. He was spending more time in the principle’s office than in his classroom. He is now in regular class for both reading and math. He has not gone to the principle’s office this school year. When asked why he liked Learning Rx he stated that it helped his brain think like all the other kids. We highly recommend this program. The cost and the time spent is well worth the return.

She had taken and excelled in college-level science and math courses in 8th grade, but struggled to remember and apply a lot of the basic math she had learned. Despite our initial skepticism about whether LearningRx could make a big difference for such a good student, after just a few months at LearningRx, her ability to retain and use mathematical knowledge really took off. Her focus, clarity, speed, precision of understanding, and ability to solve problems quickly and accurately absolutely rocketed.

As Jack’s mom, (and an educator) I’ve seen significant growth since he began LearningRx. While he’s always been highly intelligent, he had ongoing struggles with auditory processing, reading fluency, spelling, and speech clarity. After completing the program, Jack’s gains have been remarkable—his enunciation has improved, his confidence in reading out loud has grown, and his spelling, though still a challenge, has noticeably improved even in casual settings like writing on a whiteboard.
From our first conversations with LearningRx staff, the assessment process, starting our training schedule to now where we have established a routine, we have felt well informed and cared for by the staff. We receive frequent progress check ins and can observe training sessions anytime we like. The LearningRx staff do a great job with the range of diverse learners and seem to find ways to keep them all engaged. Working with Dr. Jackson and the staff at LearningRx has helped me understand where my 13-year-old son has struggles. His pretest showed that his auditory processing was around 6 years of age.
