For learners with ADHD, a brain training plan could focus on broad attention skills. Often, we will focus on specific attention skills, such as how to stay focused for long periods or how to avoid mid-task distractions. While these skills are all common targets for learners with an ADHD diagnosis, we may focus on other skills for individual learners. It all depends on the results of each client’s skills assessment!
