Children spend hours a day sitting at their desks, taking in all kinds of important information. After hours and hours of learning, sometimes brains get tired! Our brains need a break! Research shows that implementing breaks of physical activity into the classroom setting can improve behavior in the learning environment. We like to call these short breaks “Brain Breaks!” Here are four brain breaks for you to try with your students.
